Great video. It's nice to see someone with actual knowledge of Louisville talk about it. We should be getting retail and restaurant space and possibly a grocery store at the new development on the Alcoa end of Topside at Pellissippi. Louisville is absolutely beautiful.
Topside development at Pellissippi on the Alcoa end of Topside is bringing retail, restaurant, and possibly a grocery store. It should resemble Northshore Town Center. Please keep your money in Blount County when possible to support our tax base. We have Publix, Kroger, Aldi, and now we are getting a BJ's warehouse at Foothills Mall. There is also a huge development coming to Alcoa called Springbrook Farm. The marina now has Union Landing Restaurant and of course you can cruise to many other places. CAK and Webb are popular private school choices, but we switched to Maryville Christian and love it. Maryville public schools used to accept tuition for placement but they may be full now. The prices in Louisville are skyrocketing, so if you find something, grab it! Great video!
