I have loved Cyndi Lauper since day 1 & I’ve been very lucky to have seen her live 5X’s
I saw her the 1st time when when she opened for Meatloaf (2004) my 2nd was when she opened for Cher (The Farewell Tour 2005) 3rd was her (True Colors Tour 2008) with (Opening Act Rosie O'Donnell, B-52's, Rufus Wainwright) my 4th was her (Memphis Blues Tour 2010) & my 5th was her (She's So Unusual 30th anniversary tour 2013) this Tour was amazing they all were but the (She's So Unusual 30th anniversary tour) was outstanding.
She has such a powerful and amazing voice if you’ve never heard the these 2 songs The world is stone & i’m gonna be strong especially I’m gonna be strong at the end of the song I highly recommend listening to it She hits this note and just hold it for a long time back in the 80s. Everybody thought she just had this high-pitched voice, but she doesn’t when you listen to a lot of her music.
