INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE
Chole Masala Recipe
Kabuli Chana - 400 gm
Tea - 2 tsp
Bay Leaf - 1
Black Cardamom - 2 pcs
Cinnamon

Black Pepper - 5 pcs
Salt as per Taste
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp

Tomato - 2 pcs
Ginger - 1 inch

Green Chilli - 3 pcs
Oil - 3 tbsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp

Amchoor Powder - 1 tsp

Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
