Bro them houses in Texas cheap as hell and look good I’m in az rn but I’m thinking about Houston or Dallas after I get my cdl. Let me know how Dallas is like man please make a video and let us know if you enjoy it more than az. Wish you the best on your journey bro 🔥🔥🔥
@@user-ok7mq8pb7nthis is my 2nd account but I appreciate it bro az is hot so I’m pretty sure I can deal with humidity or atleast deal with it more than others. Ima check it out soon appreciate that bro
it all depends on where you live in texas. Dont live in Austin. And no state income tax just means they put a little more tax on everything you buy. don't be fooled
I live in Houston. You gonna love texas! Every city out here is totally different too. You hit the nail on the head real estate is cheap compared to any other big state. You gonna take off like a rocket in texas.
Been in Texas a long time it’s a great place with with too much opportunity to not succeed as long as you put in the work I’m in the dfw and love it what city you looking at going too
Man I been following you since you dropped your first book on Instagram bro, Im happy for your journey and how you are figuring it out. I relate to you a lot, I was a former ecommerce business owner for 3 yrs and things went downhill last year. Currently trying to get into Tech sales and have an opportunity in Texas as well!
really depends on where you are. Dallas is super saturated and expensive, but great if you're in a luxury niche. Houston still has maybe a year or two left. Austin is nye expensive with no growing room. San Antonio is....
I moved to Texas a year ago. I would tell you to be careful with the heat, but you have been tamed already on the porch of hell, having lived in AZ. Only thing if you go to Houston, the humidity makes a bit more uncomfortable.
As far as owner operator pay and working while having a family but if you single with no responsibilities/no house no bills and don’t mind being alone and away from family then you’d do pretty good.
Cool to see the transition but are you just going to be extremely vague about what industry you went to forever ? Its cool if you are since its none of our business, just want the heads up lol
I respect you bro I like that your doing your thing and don’t do things for views etc. Thanks for helping some of us out I appreciate that. Never know it might be something I’d look into doing in the future. Much love and respect always brother stay humble and God bless my guy 💯🙏🏽
Good for you . Never late to rectify. Never late to learn . Finding balance in life it is not as easy as people think . To many opportunities , to many options , to many paths to take , suddenly we take one of those and we achieve our goal , then we realized that it wasn’t what we really wanted , so the racing begins , again and again . But , like you said . “ the journey “ . I agreed with you .
Good to here you Ken I do miss your trucking adventures and information I play you on cassette tape for motivation to this day do you think you will overdrive again are you keeping your cell. God bless.
This a prime example of truckers needing to use that time behind that steering wheel to learn multiple different skills. Diversifying is the only true way to build wealth in this industry I dare to say in life period!
Texas is Big,where there’s more opportunities. Good luck to you.
All love 🙏❤️
