If you are black and looking to be around people who look like you look into the Dallas south suburbs of Lancaster, Desoto, and Cedar Hill. They all are majority black.
Thank you I’m from Memphis tn and I’m use to being around my ppl and feel very comfortable around us, I’m looking to move to Dallas this summer of 2024 and i didn’t wanna feel isolated or out of place im fina look these places up rn
@terelljones9729 I'm the same way. Dallas is still some what suffering from the remains of segregation although at this point in time the least racist places I know. The majority of whites in the north and most of the blacks in the south, although the the north has alot of us there now, I like to be where I am the majority and that's in these southern suburbs of Dallas. The southern part of the city of Dallas is heavily black also but these are your hood parts. I wish you well on your journey and hope Dallas is good to you. If there are any other questions that you might want to know feel free to ask hear it I'm more than happy to help. I want my people to come to Dallas and feel comfortable.
Dallas was a "turn-up" place in the past. I saw after about.....2014....it's few and far in between. Dallas is a good place for work and having a family.
Moving in 2-3 weeks for work from LA. used to be in the military too, so I'm used to moving. But I'm excited to get to Dallas. What are your thoughts on weather & bringing my family w me too?

We have HOT winters. Lol it’s kind of crazy how hot it gets. Then right now it’s cold one day and warm the next. Texas weather is very random. Great for veterans and military. I think it’s good for family as well. Traffic is bad but I’m sure you’re used to worst. Lol
We moved to DC from Alabama two years ago. I do like it here but I’m looking for a really nice home with a lot of room. Ppl are saying move out towards Maryland which is nice but I’m trying to take advantage of DC Charter Schools and Scholarships

I don't blame you. I would say move to Maryland as well but DC for school is best. I definitely want to move back.
Q: Spots to go out in Dallas, TX? I’m from NC & the nightlife is alright but not great. Considering moving here in a few years & purchasing a home if I like it

I'm going to have to get back to you on going out In DTX. We have a few spots but I don't really be going out like that girl. Lol & yesss I purchased my first home out here last year. If you need any tips or realtors let me know. ☺️
@ hello any advice for a city on the outskirts for a single man ?

@@Tbcz hey, I would say try North Dallas area. Richardson,Plano, Addison area. It’s not to far from Dallas but you could stay in that area as well for everything.
I’m from baltimore and I recently moved to maricopa az… and I don’t like it. I also feel god has been calling me to dallas (every video on youtube has been about a calling and going to dallas) so we’ll see what happens in the next year
Cedar hill, Desoto, Lancaster Duncanville and Grand Prairie all of these are majority-black suburbs and Southern Dallas accept Grand Prairie Grand Prairie is pretty black too I would recommend Cedar Hill out of all of them though I'm actually looking to buy a house there soon. I was born and raised in Dallas Texas

What outskirts are affordable for a single person
What’s the best outskirt area for someone single and under 30
