the leaves on that Oeceoclades spathulifera are spectacular and I love the little cucumbers haha so cute kinda makes me wanna grow it just to see it close :)
Amazing orchids, I want to grow like half of them now. :D Been thinking about the cucumber orchid for about a year now, you telling how easy it is to grow encourages me to get one soon. :) Thanks for the vid!
nice video Dani. your magdalenae still looks like a baby to me even though it's a miniature. Mine is about a foot tall and blooms every year beautifully.. nice Aeranthes too.
Pretty orchids, would of enjoyed more if the names would of been on the screen and screen shots showing the flowers . It helps get a complete picture of the orchid , just my opinion . But I always appreciate everything you do. Thank you .
Hi Dany I have a question: I saw that some of your orchids have roots growing out the bottom or the sides of the pot. What do you do when it comes to re-potting to avoid damaging them? Do you cut the pot or break the roots? Many of my orchids are doing this >.
4:06 that is officially the strangest plant I've ever seen... Out of all weird plants I have owned and learned about that is by far one of the wildest plants my eyes have ever seen
Hello Danni. Hope you are doing well! I'd like to ask you to make a video talking about your summer blooming phals. How they are doing since you changed them to mixed medium and also if they have bloomed already. Thanks
So interesting about the doritis. I think there is confusion because there are so many doritaenopsis hybrids, but the root growth, flowers etc. are very different than my 'pure' phals. They also grow so much faster for me!
Hi Danni! Do you happen to have any information on the Stuarochilus ramosus? I am part of a group of people who are experimenting with growing it. We couldn't find a ton of information on it so we are all trying slightly different care options. Have you tried growing a Stuaro? Do you have any recommendations on what we should try? Thanks for your help!
Hi, I hope you don't mind me asking, but how long have you had your oeceoclades spathulifera and are you providing it winter rest/planning to provide it? I can't seem to find any info on the Internet regarding this. Thanks.
Darkness_0091 hi there 😃 I’ve had mine for 2 years ... I do not fertilize when it is not in active growth but I do refill the reservoir once it is empty all year round. It has not bloomed yet, but new growths have not been smaller than how I received it, so... if the plant grows in winter, I fertilize and if it doesn’t, I just water. Same all year round... active growth determines its care, not the season ... hope that makes sense xx
Hi, I have a new common phalaenopsis complex hybrid from the garden centre. The orchid seems to be overall healthy and well hydrated HOWEVER it's roots are extremely fragile and snap so easily unlike the other roots I have on other phals. Also the leaves seem to be more stiff than usual. Is there something wrong with it? like it absorbed to much water causing the tissue to break more easily? I know some snapped roots are OK for the orchid but since it happens at many spots the amount of open "wounds" becomes more of a threat and possibly could cause infections, root rot and so on. I try to keep it dry for it to heal by having it bare rooted on a bed of moist seramis. I hope the root will become less fragile in time because otherwise its not convenient for me to handle it since I keep them barebrooted in vases with seramis bed on the bottom. And taking it out and placing the orchid back into the vase would snap the roots
Second time posting the same comment... 🤣🤣. So, hi from Bulgaria. For the ppl who cant id their orchids, if you have google assistant on your phone, it comes with google lends witch is VERY good at identifying thinks, it helped me twice to id orchids that i simply couldn't find anything for online.
Oh man, I'm frustrated with my orchids sometimes I just want to throw them all away. I have 100+ orchids and to keep them all healthy is a difficult task. Too much when working full time. Ugh😠
Wow all this are Orchid Species I never seen before they so beautiful !
Ceratostylis is gorgeous.
Nice video. Enjoyed seeing these unique orchids.
Very interesting video as usual ! :) Wow, Dani, almost 149000 subscribers ! Amazing job !
Thank you Dani. I think I might try a couple of these.
Hi Danni, this was a very nice informative change. I really enjoyed it. How about a segment on the Maxalaria Tenafolia? Keep up the great work. 😍

All of your orchids look amazing!!! Can we expect to see the hoyas any time soon?
Just love your channel 💜
Have a great week Danny 🌻🥀🌻🌹🌻🌷🌻⚘🌺
Such lovely orchids! I would really like to find a Doritis in my near by flower stores. The hair of a male lion is called a mane :).

Hi, Danny I have that spatulata plant and it blooms and grows like crazy it's even tough during winter. Then again I live in Texas.

The leaves of the last orchid remind me of Rhyncolaelia glauca leaves
Where did you get your doritis pulcherrima orchid from. I'm in the u.k. and I can't find the yellow and white variety anywhere.
Hi Dani, the tips of the new leaves of my Oeceoclades spathulifera are hardening and browning. Do you know why this could be happening? I'm nervous.
Hi, make sure you water enough and don't over fertilize :)

I grow my spathulifera in SH(leca) with great results ... in case you are curious about growing potential / media in similar climates 😃

There's an orchid that fires a projectile. Idk if it's seed or something. Would you happen to have heard of that?
Hi Danny. The Aeranthes bud looks like the bud of the Kingianum 🙃.
Lion’s mane 😬
What happened with your first posting of this video? IT was there and then it was not, before I could see it!
My husband bought me a nun orchid and I’m so lost.
