man i used to mod gta 4 heavily back in like 2017 on pc, i had scripts on ps3 in 2015, i miss this game so much, my ps3 is long gone and my pc is gone but i still have my usb and i saved my entire game file before i got rid of the pc, i just need a few hundred dollars to buy a new one, damn i didn't realize how fun this game is especially modded
Definitely do part 2 man!! I make mods for GTA 5 just don't like the atmosphere of it like I did with 4 but 4 needs more things to do like this and what you've done with the gunplay is great
Keep in mind yall, this game is 16 years old and runs dx9. I get 70fps with mods while using dx9 to Vulcan mod. I have a 3080 and 11700k so nothing insane but just goes to show that you're going to be limited by the game engine.
Love this video, can you please do Watch Dogs 1 next, it's based in Chicago, has some gangs here and there, there's downtown (the loop&mad mile) and then the trenches (the wards) where most of the crime and property is at. I think some of these mods in this video would be great in Watch Dogs 1 (You got yourself a new subscriber) And also 1st person mod is epic!

Mods could fix that, options to paint, npc actions, police, whatever, but i never found nothing related, just one guy who made a script for online server but i think he never released that.

That would have been dope if they've made a DLC where they would have introduce the Dwayne & Playboy story to us and Dwayne could have been the protagonist, that would have been a Liberty City/East Coast version of San Andreas. The game could have introduced the East Holland & Northwood hood to us more and that would have been dope
gta 4 is the only gta where you don't feel invincible and where you can actually die I swear to god I've never finished gta 4 and I've died twice as much as gta 5 and I finished it about 20 times since 2013
