    First time seeing you front squat. I just bought a front squat harness because I need all the help I can get keeping that bar in place...

      Yeah I'm not a huge fan of it as a squat accessory but we're using right now to help with posture on deadlifts.

    Do you ever use the peloton for the classes-programming?

      Not the strength classes, but yoga, stretching, meditation.

    Do you find the Pioneer knee sleeves suitable as daily drivers, eg not overly stiff compared to the Stoic?

      Pioneer are a true stiff sleeve. Stoic are what I would consider “regular” sleeves. I’ve been wearing these pioneers for each session and the back of my knees have the scars to prove it 😅

    What’s your thought process on including front squats in your program?

      So right now it's as a way to help reinforce position on deadlifts. While I'm not a huge fan of them as a squat accessory, I also figure maybe it's good to do things that go against what I know as a way to encourage progress

    I haven't watched your channel in a while but i notice you are not trying to be quiet on the eccentric part of your deadlift anymore. Have you tried one of those front squat harnesses that Titan makes?

      I think it more just depends on the session, the plates, and if I'm using collars 😅

    On average, how long did you spend warming up on the peloton and stretching for this session?

      In the past I've been doing 5 min bike, 5-10 min stretch. I've been trying to change my biking to just hit 2 miles though so more like 7 min or so.

      I end up wearing Ten Thousand Tactical shorts a lot of times. They're on the pricey side but lifetime warranty and I like them.
