Wow, when he holds the sword over his head and it stays in place, I was really impressed with this.

I think it is superior to the Figma in every way and in proportions too, it is a matter of seeing vignettes from the manga and you can see which body is the most accurate
Ultimately the SHF is the one to go with cause in the manga the armor operates like a Symbiote for some reason so it hugs the body and isnt crazy bulky. The figma (IMO) is too chunky and clunky.
Guts remains a huge man….. Here it seems a sick one

Nah, the size is cool, but should have made it more hollow in the inside, so that i could be held by one hand of the figure. Balljoints in wrists help a lot, yet weight is an issue still.

Really neat & rugged design is outstanding!
But he's emaciated in this form because it drains him.
But Berserker Armor IS skinny in the manga, it's to give him a more bestial look.
Finally someone who gets how the cape should look just like IsaacWong's. The cape shouledn't rest on the shoulder but flow to the back.

Seeing the two armor figures together the old new one looks kinda like an adolescent Guts compared to the old one. I wouldn't mind seeing this figure in a pose fighting Lord Zedd.

Just got my guts yesterday and he came with 2 of the same collar, instead of 3 separate ones. Still a great figure but I’m kinda sour about it.

Thanks for the review bro ! How is the sword compared to figma's ? I have the reissue figma and although I loathe the cape and dislike his puniness (I only bought Guts, so no Berserk display, he's in my Mythic Legions one with other monsters and knights), I now feel fine with it considering how small the SHF is. I originally skipped because I didn't think it'd be that different and now I'm glad. It beats me how Guts is in the smaller range when they can clearly make Brolys or Miguels figures huge.
And just like that, I need to purchase another figure. 😂🤦🏼♂️
Hey was wondering after a few weeks of having the figure how is it hold up now? I’ve seen some reviews saying it ends up pretty loose or breaks so I was wondering if that’s something that happens to all of theme or just theirs cuz I just bought mine and I’m a tad worried

Something looks off when not posed. Not sure if it’s slightly too skinny or the head is slightly too small

@@quintonbrooks7536 Siegfried's crystal chest armor also comes to a point almost like a bird's beak or really short icicle. It's a pretty unique feature. Along with the sword, no way that's coincidence...

I would love to get this, but I still feel salty about Guts. I spent $100 on that last figure and was disappointed. Now, SHF gets it right, but I have to pay $120?! I feel they owe the people that bought that first figure something for their screw up.
