Thank you for taking the time to show your videos. Very nice. I have 05 Ultimate this package will look even better. Do you by any chance know how to change the power mirror switch without removing the door trim panel ? Also have you ever replaced the Keyless number pad on the drivers door ? I continue to have problems with the switches on the driver side door. I think water leaks in after heavy rain or car wash and corrodes the switches.
John Walsh i have had this issue with my 2005 as well. I took apart the mirror switch and was only able to get some of the buttons to work as it seems the metal pieces have bent too much to connect properly. I did swap out the lock button easily for $25 on ebay but the mirror is about $100. Door is very easy to take off if you havent done it before. I plan to do lots of videos on this.

Thanks so much for quick response! After checking the link, the kit may not fit. I have a 2003 Navigator. My a/c and heat tabs for seats are on my middle console. Along with window buttons. The pic shows a/c and heating tabs on dashboard where the regular temp controls are.😧😢

This works good when you didn’t get a wood trim interior. He had a plain silver interior and didn’t have to remove the old one. I had a wood Trim interior that was sun damaged. I bought almost the identical kit he used. But I had to take off my old wood trim. You need to use a heater gun not a hairdryer but an actual heater gun. No easy task. You can melt controls like your vent adjustments. It was such a pain in the ass to get the old pieces off, I only did the ones that were sun damaged. The other ones that were still in great shape I just left them on. Now I have an interior that no longer looks sun damaged but has a mix of both the old trim and the new trim.It also had a lot of extra wood trim I didn’t have in the first place like air vent trim and beverage cup holder trim. All in all it came out decent but this video was about 1/10 the work you have to do if you have a navigator that Has to have the old trim removed.

Too much in my opinion, I think it has plenty of wood accents, I would have maybe used a couple of those pieces where there wasn't as much wood (i.e at the bottom where the ashtray is and maybe the steering wheel buttons). Too much wood ends up making it look cheap because of the seams

I have the same navigator and I was wondering if you can help me diagnose the issue my interior lights won't turn on when the doors are open I already check the fuse and the bulbs are perfectly fine I also check the door switch and it seems perfect and not stuck on off position...

Thanks so much for quick response! After checking the link, the kit may not fit. I have a 2003 Navigator. My a/c and heat tabs for seats are on my middle console. Along with window buttons. The pic shows a/c and heating tabs on dashboard where the regular temp controls are.😧😢

This works good when you didn’t get a wood trim interior. He had a plain silver interior and didn’t have to remove the old one. I had a wood Trim interior that was sun damaged. I bought almost the identical kit he used. But I had to take off my old wood trim. You need to use a heater gun not a hairdryer but an actual heater gun. No easy task. You can melt controls like your vent adjustments. It was such a pain in the ass to get the old pieces off, I only did the ones that were sun damaged. The other ones that were still in great shape I just left them on.
Now I have an interior that no longer looks sun damaged but has a mix of both the old trim and the new trim.It also had a lot of extra wood trim I didn’t have in the first place like air vent trim and beverage cup holder trim. All in all it came out decent but this video was about 1/10 the work you have to do if you have a navigator that Has to have the old trim removed.

Too much in my opinion, I think it has plenty of wood accents, I would have maybe used a couple of those pieces where there wasn't as much wood (i.e at the bottom where the ashtray is and maybe the steering wheel buttons). Too much wood ends up making it look cheap because of the seams
