    Spent a bit of time on the trying to sort out head stocks watching this post was able to pick a slotted head sock this was very helpful thanks

    Thanks Joe - you answered questions that I would have asked and a couple that I hadn't thought of yet. I love your slotted headstocks and tuners - they are both light and accurate.

    If money isn't a concern, how does one decide regarding four strings versus five or more?

    I like friction tunning keys. I guess because I don't like the ears.
