I started with the Uke only since last Xmas. I was given one as a present and instantly caught the Ukulele-virus. It is both frustrating to see Corey and Kalei play (as I can only imagine the intense training that awaits me) and yet so highly inspiring to see you guys perform. What you do and how you do it, is beautiful. Listening to you, I get the feeling of a private concert. Here is a new regular listener/follower.
Play for yourself and your mental health. Play every day. Tape a new song to the back of the door of the bathroom and practice while you are doing other things. Then wash your hands before you touch the uke.
Right there ladies and gents, is why I only buy and play Kanile'a. Not only do they have IMHO the best craftsmanship and attention to detail in construction, but the music you play in terms of sustain and intonation can only be rivaled by one or two luthiers here in Hawaii with customs costing far more. Corey and Kalei as always your fingers and strings make ukuleles sing...Aloha!
You thank us, but thank you guys for allowing me to hold a beautiful Pono ukulele that I love so dearly as I watch this podcast. Wouldn't have been able to enjoy the instrument as much as I do without everything you guys do. Keep it up!
Aloha...wow, Andrew...you should play with the ..guys always or sometimes!!!! enjoyed your solo!! Mahalo...i wish i knew about you years ago!! i would have ordered a ukelele , along time ago...when i had a little money!! working on it now....a dollar at a time! Mahalo
Just want to say thank you for all those awesome videos. I am as much a music (well recorded) freak than an instrument freak and your videos are the best. Being in Quebec, Canada, I have never ordered from you guys (sorry) as I try to support the local shops and local builders but If I ever go to Hawaï, I will stop by to say hello and to add a nice uke to the collection.
Hello Andrew, Corey and Kalei, .... again another great Podcast with really exceptional Ukes in tone and look.✨ Love the short films with Joe Souza - and how he describe the Idea of these new Kanileas! Could you show us the AnueNue Bass in an other podcast more detailed? Looks and - I think - sounds awesome, but the example is so short. Would like to hear more of it soundwise and I am interessted in the Specs of it 🌺 Be blessed and Kind regards from Germany, Bettina
You guy's always impress, such beautiful tunes and played so so well. Would you consider reviewing a flight Phantom against higher end Ukuleles and express honest comparisons in the near future?
so cool as always..when are you guys doing the studio jam album? by the way I was wincing whenever Kalei was holding any of the Ukes with the zip open on his jacket, sooooo risky.
beautiful music... i wish i could play like that... Do you use High G or Low G and which one would you recommend for a person who’s been playing for 15 months??
Nylon has its own appeal. Also many people who are in the market at this price point of a uke have their own string preferences, mix & match sets, wound G & or C... so not putting on more expensive strings is less of a waste. #UkeLogic #PhDStrings #Thomastik G/C....
That first ukulele is the most beautiful ukulele I have ever seen in my life
I could just sit and listen to yall play all day.
👂Some of the finest sounding Ukuleles I've ever heard 🙌
It not an expensive uke that I need, it's those skills these 2 have that are priceless.

Yeah, I'll have to get a real bass player in here to shoot it. Same specs as the guitar we showed here and it does sound good. Mahalo Bettina!
Thank you for the Master Class!
Haha, TY
Oh wow you got Joe’s new Platinum!
You guy's always impress, such beautiful tunes and played so so well. Would you consider reviewing a flight Phantom against higher end Ukuleles and express honest comparisons in the near future?
that is soooo close to- "Stairway To Heaven" Could you do a version of that song?
I hear new sounds from past sounds in this ukulele
Very nice. Thank you!🍕🍺🤙

I want to buy one that instrument soon
Let hear some Honolulu City Lights on that awesome uke!
Fantastic video, beautiful playing and very interesting. What strings were recommended for the SMHT?? I couldn't quite hear.
Awesome stuff guys.
Thx Mark!
beautiful music... i wish i could play like that... Do you use High G or Low G and which one would you recommend for a person who’s been playing for 15 months??
such beautiful music: are you using high or low G???
The Kanile`a Platinum is STUNNING!! What is the price of that ukulele?
it goes for $5,995. mahalo!
Kanile’a it’s time to end the deal with aquila and sign with uke logic
Haha na haba
Why kanilea use nylgut strings on thier instruments, nylgut strings are usually used on much cheaper ukuleles..

Aloha everyone. Behind Corey on the wall on the far right, is that a Pono sunburst? Just curious
Oh that's a prototype flat top mandolin.
At the 23 minute mark, what was the song used for the duet. Quyanaa
Kind of mash up of a few songs. I'll have to ask Corey, I think he was just wandering and Kalei was figuring it out along the way.
Most of it was Make You Feel My Love by Bob Dylan but most people know the Adele version.
please make 'Europa' a different video.
Nice uke!
Where’s Mika?
🤤🤤🤤😊
Nice…but needs more “dookie-face” 🤣
