The best 90 min. I’ve spent on RUclips in a looong time. Thank you. Next time someone points at my ukulele and says it’s a toy I’m sending them to you guys.
I love HMS and Kalei, Corey and Andrew! Mahalo for all you do. One day i will meet you all and you will feel like old friends! You are a part of so many peoples lives!!! I am so happy when i see a new video come and you guys have so much fun!!! Biglove to all! Awesome entertainment always!!!!
Greetings from the sunny climes of Basel, Switzerland I love listening in. Had to laugh out loud numerous times. All round good time to be had, thank you, merci vielmols.
@Chas Menear - I have a Kala tenor made from mahogany - it has a slotted headstock that makes it look really lovely imo and has continued to sound better and better over the 5 years or so I've owned it. I chose it on the recommendation of Aaron from HMS who said they were voiced to sound like vintage Martins. It's a wonderful instrument for £200. I love it but wouldn't mind one of these either. Kala make some really good affordable Ukes.
This was so great. Thanks guys for not only a very groovy performance that felt like I was hanging with talented friends but opening my appreciation for some beautiful ukulele makers I was unfamiliar with 🌞💛🍍🥭
What a nice surprise! Always fun to listen to you guys. And interesting to get a sample of instruments that are a little more affordable. As well as to learn some new stuff. Mahalo!
Thank you so much for another great podcast, these are such a treat. This week's opening jam felt especially joyful and heartwarming (and Kalei's smile as he showed off the e minor 7!) Also-surely I cannot be the only one who desperately needs to hear Corey's full arrangement of the Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy now? :D
3:51 That poor tuner. It does not understand what is expected from it. How to do it's duty and please the owner? How to keep up with this crazy tuning method? What is it? Some new fashion like tiktok or something like that? Just release me! Let me retire! Let me out!!!!!
Really appreciate the instructional aspect this time. Great video as usual.
Mahalo Carl!
@@HawaiiMusicSupplyTUS yes! keep up with the instructional aspects! it allows us to participate while watching (:

Aaaaah, that Pono tenor. Sounding beautifully. Loved the two chords jams as well. Cheers from Budapest
Cheers! 🤙🏽
Enjoyed the tutorials, thank you!
Thank you for the kind comment!
I have one of those Kala ebony concert models, and it's great! Tonally, it reminds me of a refined old Martin. You guys are the best!
