Have you ever thought about creating and selling meal plans, based on a certain number of points per day? Most people get at least 23 pts, so if they were based on 25-26 per day I think most people would be willing to use a few weekly.
Nikki, thanks for all of the great recipes & sharing how your weight loss journey is going. When you do your snack review, or any type of review, I take screenshots of the items I want to try. Right now I have more screen shots than I have photos!! Crazy huh! For me my weight loss goes much better if I have a variety. I also want to ask you, has your complexion always been so good? Or did you notice a change after you were eating healthier. Maybe you could do a video sometime about skin care. I’m sure there are a lot of your female subscribers interested in that. Perhaps Adams could do a similar video for the male subscribers. Thanks again. BTW I love your videos in your new house. You definitely have plenty of room to arrange your hauls, and to set up ingredients for recipes.

Thats exactly what caught my eye….the metal utensils she uses in it. My husband is always destroying our pans because he won’t use the wooden utensils (Lol) and her skillet looks like it always holds up. I want one!!
Anyone have any idea how to clean my air fryer?? I can get most of clean, but the top and back wall are always a challenge, I have the kind that looks like a toaster oven…. It does it all. Thanks 🙏
This is probably a stupid question, but when you put fresh veggies in your food, how do you know how much protein is in them. I have never knew how to calculate them.

Nikki can I use regular nonfat Greek yogurt for the two ingredient bread? I am not a fan of the tang or yogurt and Greek is more tangy.

If needed, there is a setting where you can change the playback speed to 0.5x to slow it down a bit :)

Usually Walmart by the nonstick sprays and regular ghee!

There is no protein in the veggies so you’re just counting the amount of protein you add.
