Cottage cheese + sour cream + sharp cheddar + an egg then baked make the best mac and cheese sauce. Also, cottage cheese + ground turkey while cooking with taco seasoning makes a fantastic queso dip with tortilla chips.

I love blending the cottage cheese and mixing it with my favorite red pasta sauce. Creamy, protein packed, and delicious. I also blend cottage cheese with a dry packet of alfredo sauce and some Fairlife milk for a perfect alfredo sauce. Cottage cheese in scrambled eggs makes them really creamy and the cottage cheese pretty much melts when cooking. Cottage cheese with peaches or pineapple. I know someone people don't like the fruit, but I love it mixed together. I also love to mis taco meat, cottage cheese, and salsa, then eat it with tortilla chips, or Quest chips.

I was way weirded out with cottage cheese! Ugh! But after bringing it home and blending it right away helped. I add it to so much. I need to add it to egg bites. I use the ranch powder with it and love it way better than yogurt. Haven’t tried it in 2 ingredient dough-not sure if that would work. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I prefer it over Greek yogurt now, even on tacos. I take about a cup of cottage cheese, a tablespoon of cocoa powder and blend that up in a blender. Then add some of the Jordan's skinny syrups. Thanks for another great video. I have done the egg bites, but haven't tried the flat bread. I like the viral recipe that you use cottage in a "quiche". Use a tortilla as your base in a pie pan (or pan size to fit the tortilla so it doesn't spill over) 1/3 C cottage cheese and2 eggs - mix together. Add to pan. Then put in your favorite fillings. My toppings range from spinach, tomato and fetta cheese to green pepper/onion, ham and shredded cheese. Just don't over fill. It was so good, i cut a quarter of it and added cream cheese, cucumber slices and green onion salt and pepper. It was so good! You can't taste the cottage cheese or egg. All i tasted was the garlic powder and Italian seasoning. I cut 2 small pieces for my boyfriend too try. He ate one piece went🤔 ate the other piece and said that would make a good pizza😂 Just a note it is best eaten right out of the oven when it is crisp, as it starts to fall apart after awhile. An old school WW meal was/is that I use is cottage cheese and tuna. Use about a cup of cottage cheese, mix in a can of drained tune (in water) and mix in an about 2 tablespoons or less of pickle relish, regular or jalapeño pickle relish. I have switched it up and have dill pickle slices/chips on the side. If you use non-fat cottage cheese and dill pickles, it's a zero point meal. Only a few more if you use relish and 1% or 2% cottage cheese. This is from my mom's old WW recipes from the 60s! I have it often, it still holds up, and it's yummy!

I've also used CC in egg bites and scramble eggs-both tasty. A few tablespoons on toasted Ezekiel bread with cracked pepper is also good and minimal points 😃

Great video! You have to try adding cottage cheese to your creami recipes too sometime! Adds protein and creaminess, and no need for SF pudding mix or other thickening agents. 😊

Yum! I really like all of these recipes. Thanks for sharing. I like cottage cheese & fruit (peaches or blueberries). I’ve also made cottage cheese “cheesecake” with Lakanto to as the sweetener. It turned out REALLY good.

Love the video! I HATE Cottage Cheese BUT I add 1/4 c in my protein ice cream In my Ninja Creami. It makes it creamier. Do your normal recipe and add it then freeze. We love it

I just subscribe to your channel thank you so much for the recipes. They look absolutely delicious. I think for the buffalo chicken one if you had put it in a different container where some of the liquid can cook out better it probably would’ve not been so liquidy that was quite a thick container to cook that in, maybe next time put it in something that spread out more like possibly 8 x 9” pan

Good Culture brand is SO GOOD.
It's really flavorful and doesn't have a ton of liquid. I did not like cottage cheese, but I changed my mind after eating this brand. It's higher points, I think, maybe 3 per 1/2 cup but it has so much flavor which other brands are missing.
