    Always the most informative content without any attitude.

    The Beverly Center is an EXCELLENT spot to host a movie theatre, and I'm shocked there isn't one there already especially given how decidedly MID the AMC at the Grove is. Fun fact: it had a 14-screen multiplex when it opened in 1982.

      🤔 that may help bring more people in. Beverly Center has seen better days, and I think your fun fact hints at that. Thanks for sharing!

      @@theartistofrealestatedo you know any real estate wizards that could reach out to both the Beverly Center leasing team, and the real estate folks at the various movie chains to pique their interest... I hear there's this Daniel dude. ;-)

      Full disclosure, I live nearby and would LOVE a movie theatre in there.

      @seyi8206 🤣 I wish I had that pull. But does seem they could benefit from a movie theater.

    Great job! Love this City. I Know it isn't Los Angeles per say, but do you plan to do a episode ( or more 😁) about Malibu? It is in the West side like Santa Monica after All.

      Thanks, Clerio 😊 I think that one will be inevitable. Just a matter of when. Thanks for the suggestion!

    Can you do Inglewood next?

      Thank you for the suggestion. I grew up in Inglewood, parents are still there, so I think that will eventually be a must! :)

    If a house in Miracle Mile North HPOZ is "non-contributing" -- can it be torn down and rebuilt?

    • @theartistofrealestate
      @theartistofrealestate  7 месяцев назад

      Hello, thanks for the question. Even if it's not contributing my understanding is that it would still need review by the HPOZ Board. Non-contributing houses have been demolished, but seems they may still be required to be built to a conforming style for the area. The most recent example in Miracle Mile North is 100 S Alta Vista Blvd, which showed as non-contributing, demolished in 2018, and completed in 2021. BUT, definitely check with the city planning depart, as it could be subject to many factors.
