Beverly Grove is one of Los Angeles youngest designated areas. While the area was developed in 1920, it formerly became Beverly Grove in 2006 to unofficial refer to the area proposed to be subject to an anti-mansionization ordinance in 2006. The area has one of the highest walking scores in Los Angeles. Home to diverse shopping and restaurants the rea has a lot to offer.
