I am a realtor in Wyoming and it is amazing to see the similarities but also the drastic differences in our day to day lives! I truly enjoy watching your types of homes available and how different they are from ours.

Hey girl I was looking through the comments and I found you I'm looking to be a realtor in Atlanta please help me what school should I enroll into to get started?!!
Currently in my pre-licensing course! I live in North Carolina which is on the lowest end of annual income for real estate agents.. I saw Maryland has the highest so I’m like hmmm should I move there? Excited to see what this career brings. I hope I have it in me.. my biggest hurdle will be my social anxiety, cause real estate has a lot to do with who you know etc. But I’m a passionate and driven person and if I really love the home I’m selling, I know I’ll knock it out of the park. So my plan is to try to hone in on architecture and clientele that matches my vibe/personality/aesthetics.

Will real estate firms even consider real estate agents, who are older ( 60+) and not considered to be attractive? I'm looking for a new career at 61 and I need to know if it would be worth it to get a license. Unfortunately, these are real issues that could affect whether a person is hired or not and I don't want to waste my time if the odds are against me to begin with. I would think that getting results and being productive would matter the most, but I've seen younger and more attractive agents getting special treatment before so your honesty on this issue would be appreciated. Thanks
I'm currently 17 and planning to become an agent after high school! I'm super excited but wondering do I need to be 18 to start real estate courses or can I complete them while 17???
You can do a full online course to be a real estate agent. When you turn 18 then you are able to do all the tests and their fees. So when u turn 18 ur able to be a real estate agent.
So happy I stumbled across this video and your channel. Taking my exam this Tuesday and hoping to work for KW Studio City so it's really nice to find a real estate agent based in LA
Were you hired at KW without a license? I heard KW will hire you without a license and they give you free classes in order to take the exam to get your license.
@@live4u16 I was hired as soon as I got my license. I’ve also seen that on KW Instagram but I’m not sure if it varies per office since each one is independently owned. I would recommend calling the one you want to work at and ask them if they know the process (:
Hi! Did you / would you recommend getting a degree in real estate, or is it better to just get licensed and skip the college? I'm currently studying Marketing but I'm considering real estate so not sure if I should change majors, double major, or if I'm just wasting my time entirely lol. Thanks!!
Imho, I spent 3 years in college and then got my real estate license. But if I had spent those 3 years actively working in real estate, it would’ve served me much better than being in college. You really don’t start learning in real estate until you’re working in it! Not against college in any way though, real estate is just something that is better to spend time doing rather than just learning about!
you will have more job opportunities with a degree, if u just want to be a realtor skip the college, if u want to do something higher up u should look into the education requirements for that specific job

Clearly you just won’t come out and say the racist things on your chest. Learn history. Throughout history a lot of neighborhoods were set up to be the way they are! When white people were given a form of welfare, they were given homes and allowed to create suburbs. As well clearly you haven’t been in all black/brown or anyone non white for that matter to see that there are neighborhoods that are thriving. Do yourself a favor and pick up a book about the history of America. But not the crap they teach you in school. Like actually research. Then maybe you’ll cut the racist bulls*it out
