Honestly a completely underrated movie, completely deserving of being a cult classic. I was obsessed with it as a child and I still watch it every year. Hilarious in moments, thoughtful in others and equally heartwarming & heartbreaking.

You know, I remember watching this as a kid, it's a great old movie...and I had NO freaking idea the same guy playing Harry is the same guy who played the Predator in Predator and Predator 2. Absolutely awesome.
He also played the 1976 King Kong
He had little to zero vision in the Predator costume. He actually had to memorize most of the areas that he moved to as he was basically blindfolded.

Yes. Don Ameche's childlike wonder in that scene is perfect. He goes from a skeptic back to a believer before our eyes.

@Syed Ahmed Harry is a vegetarian. Some ways I know that he's a vegetarian is that when a biker said that he was about to be eaten by Harry, George said with surprise "eaten by a vegetarian" and when the Henderson's were having a goodbye party for him with a hamburger, he refused to eat it because it was meat and here in this scene as they're all having roast beef, Nancy is giving Harry celery sticks since they know he's a vegetarian.

How they haven't made a spin off of this legendary movie is beyond me but a part of me knows why!! Because it will get a LOT more people thinking and talking about Bigfoot something loggers and what not would not want to happen. I live in Skamania County, Washington State and its a Felony to shoot a Bigfoot so they are protected in a way out here, the US Military had articles about them, and personally I think they are Neanderthals that made it through all the weather and mess! I truly believe they evolved in the last 40,000 years on top of using more and more of their brains! Listen to the scream of this Bigfoot at a truck stop off of hwy 97, Danny Rodriquez is the poster's name its a Tik Tok video, its new so hopefully he will do a YT video here soon! It starts screaming and howling like 15 seconds in so wait a second. Loudest howls I have EVER heard in my life! I bugle elk and have heard EVERY animal in the woods and cats can sound like a screaming witch but this is NO cat!!!
