Yes, like any effect , it can only get so real before you just believe it , like in Harry's case. The Only thing that Rick Baker said that he would change about Harry in a recent interview, was that he would make his teeth a little more translucent. This was and is the best Bigfoot character ever on screen . I miss him.
35+ years later and I don’t think Hollywood could do any better than what they did then. Especially now a days so much CGI is used. Such an amazing job and an Oscar well earned!
In the UK it was called Bigfoot and the Hendersons, saw it at the cinema as a kid and it is an all time favourite, that suit is so brilliant along with Kevins portrayal, amazing!

This movie was so influential to me growing up. Always wanted to know Mr.Baker's opinion on the possibility of Bigfoot or the Patterson/Gimlin film.

I always thought it was Ron pearlman fro soap and he'll boy that played him, looks similar
