There's actually an explanation that *kinda* makes sense, the game doesn't consider changing into that specific suit an ilegal action, wich means that even if they see you changing into it they won't suspect a thing, of course it's still dumb how blind these guys are but since you we're out of their line of sight as you we're changing OUT of the compromised diguise and changing INTO a new disguise (wich isn't even ilegal to do) they completly lost track of you, now if you excuse me i'm gonna prepare to get spammed with nerd emojis

Could be worse, as little as jogging in the street was enough to be summarily executed in Hitman 2 Silent Assassin
