Ah, tunnel rat and terminal hospitality. Still gives me goosebumps to this day, and the only SAs i ever got as a kid, the memories. Man, I haven't seen SA speedrunning in years so this run strats was a welcome surprise. Not to mention, is it completely at mercy of rng at the party and smith2 stages, or has there been a way to make it consistent? Also lol, glad to see even after like 15 years, the bazaar route is untouched and wtf is that new petersburg2. Good run regardless

2:45 Moments like this where you're too close to enemies, only sliding away quickly is the only way to maintain your cover? Otherwise it will require standing away from their path to slowly walk after they passed

Agent Smith's location is randomised, so (as you may have noticed) he opens the map fast to see where he is and restarts if its not in the best position!
@@cipxer1904 That is because the PC version of the game has a bug: when you photograph two assassins, bring the photos to Agent Smith, and try to go to the exit, the third assassin with the purple turban will run to Agent Smith's location in an attempt to kill him. That's why he chose the best location for Agent Smith to be close to the exit.
i just bought the game on steam to get version 1.02 and cant figure out how to get it runnning in widescreen, most patches dont work and i cant port my 1.01 patches from the gog version, you seem to be running it in 1920x1080, may i ask what patches you applied?
in the game folder itself there is hitman.ini, open it and next to resolution write '1920x1080' and below write 'window 1', save the changes and that's it
@@Zick47 unfortunately I tried that and it didn't work, I got a white screen, but I found an old wiki page containing another patch that should work if I cap my fps, I'm gonna try that. Thanks anyway!

Me too after that i played Hitman Contracts/Hitman 3 then i played The 1st one Hitman Code name 47😂 kinda jiggled order.....and i found out some of the Hitman 3 missions are actually the same from Hitman 1.......back then blood money wasn't released

the game allows upto 1/2 non-target enemies killed, like 1/2 shots fires and 1 alert or 1 close encounter max per level, the amount seems to vary between levels. These are also 'close encounters' and not a full blown alert shootout, as the rest of the guards hasn't reached the investigation bubble yet before 47 leaves it. Technically it's not an exact amount, it's like a metric system and doing more than 1/2 of each of these categories at the same time will lower your rating enough to drop below the SA requirement for the level. For how that one level 3 shots were fired is... i don't know really but maybe because the other stats were low enough?

@_fil.sh_ yeah, you need to download 'riva tuner statistics server (RTSS)' to limit fps to 60
