- For students with special needs, does their Finnish school experience prepare them for life after graduation? Is the transition a launch pad, or a steep cliff? Who helps them navigate their new journey? We speak to Noora, a youth with Down Syndrome who has achieved her goal of independent living.
The Lien Foundation took two Singapore educators - Dr Jacqueline Chung, Academic Director at St James’ Church Kindergarten and Ms Tan Sze Wee, Executive Director at Rainbow Centre which runs three special education schools - to find out what Singapore can learn from them.

Thank you so much for making such a warm and thought-provoking series. The concept of inclusion and the question of what we truly value as educators are unforgettable.
