The house you live in while its for sale is not the house you usually live in and sellers need to accept that they have to live differently for that short time period to achieve a quick sale. I would add that its important to leave lamps on during showings and that the front door area is important. Everyone is going to be standing there while the realtor unlocks the lock box and will have a few moments to take in their first impressions. Everything should be really clean (fresh paint, clean windows, cheerful flowers and wreath) and a nice fresh door mat too (like you said!). I thought you video gave great tips!
Quick question where do you expect people to put all the stuff that they're taking out do you rent a storage facility is it okay to hire boxes in the basement or what
