#legalism #religion #mysticism
Ancient Greek history and religion is as interesting as Nordic ones. Bring it on!
The legalism definition is really useful, this was all well discussed.
Very interesting. I didn't know the difference between legalism and mysticism. Thank you for this peace of information. I would welcome the new series.
Hey Arith,
I just wanted to thank you for all of your videos on heathenry, I’ve been a fan for the past year and a half.
You’re one of the most intelligent and well-spoken content creators in the heathen community, who has given me a lot of inspiration.
I just wanted to say, as a whole, thanks mate.
Sending you love and thanks in the form of Thor’s thunder straight from down under. ❤
I like this channel No matter the topic, because everything you do is important to our learning, I follow your channel and I will be very grateful if you proceed with your classes. ❤
Thank you, that means a great deal to me. I'll do my best to provide useful content. Cheers!
Arith knows how to throw a party😅 I enjoyed the intro, the music score was fitting, pics well chosen for the topic😊 I would love to see a series on this, always good to learn something new and the ancient world has always been intriguing for me. Thank you, as always, and have a wonderful week😊
Hello Arith, I am now for 1year in study with the greek mythology and it starts to make real fun with all the family dynamic in the weird relationship of all the gods. It would be so interesting to watch and learn from you. Thank you and have a great weekend.
Thank you, and I'll do my best to provide useful content. Wish you all the best and luck in your studies. May you enjoy it and find useful knowledge. All the best, and have a great weekend yourself! :D
Loved this one Arith! Thank-you! And would love to see more like this!
Thank you dear friend! ^^
Thank you Arith, it was a beautiful introduction! Thank you for introducing new subject matter and separating the wheat from the chaff!
Will always enjoy and learn from your videos.
Thank your for always being in there to watch the stuff I create hehe. Be well, and I wish you the very best!
Arith you are fantastic, cultured and with such wide knowledge! Beautiful work!
I'm Leo, careful with the praise :P I may start to believe all of that about me :P . . . joking! Tank you, and I wish you the very best in life! :D
I was just thinking how great it would be, for the god of Algorithm, to expand the subject matter and spirituality of multiple cultures. I know this means a Odinic amount of study, but I believe you can do it.
❤Arith, linda introdução, adorei mesmo parabéns!
Arith, will probably watch whatever you post. 👍 ❤️
I was living in Greece around 4 Years, and in this time I had a feeling that the Greecs, do not more understand what happened in Delphi, Dodona or Olympia...neither in Eloiysis...but what was still very important for them, was the Athens Maraton and also the Sports.
I woke up this morning disorientated because I was in the middle of a dream. The music was just what I needed as I ate my breakfast, listening to this. I hardly know anything of Greek Mythology, so much of it went over my head. Is the stone still existing? If so it can be analysed, and determined if it is a meteor. The ancients held such things in great reverence, as a gift from the gods, and even today, they are considered as a gift from the cosmos.
Ancient artifacts have been uncovered made from metals dating back to the ages that we call stone age ie before ancient man knew how to work metals.
The stone is still there, in he museum. But on its original place there's another one, more recent, for tourists. I'm into mythologies of all sorts, it's just humanily impossible for me to make videos about all of it, sadly. So much interesting knowledge out there. And also, indeed it's true, we are writing history every day with new discoveries that show us important past civilizations and technologies we thought to be more recent but turns out it isn't so and it's far older. Have a wonderful day my good friend!
absolutely delighted to follow these new series!!
Hey Arith.
Would you mind doing a video on the history, as well as the differences and similarities, between norse and celtic art, specifically knotwork?
I don't know what your knowledge in the area is but it'd be interesting to hear from someone as educated as yourself!
Have long read the Bible as writings against legalism, ...... knew of legalism of China that Confucianism countered, but this info re: legalism in Greece is much closer to the mis-interpretations of the Bible that I grew up with. Very, very cool vid.
The introduction was really cool!
As an Artist I appreciate the details 🦉
Hail Apollo!
The intro was very beautiful.
The ancient Greeks were my first historical love. I’m really looking forward to this. I did enjoy your intro. Yes I would greatly appreciate your offer for a tad more cultural brain food, Blessings,❤.
Thank you ^_^ I'll see what I can do about it. I've started too many series already :P but I'm enjoying doing this, even if it isn't one of those themes sought after. Be well and many blessings!
Obrigado! Muito agradecido :D
Thanks to add more cultural knowledge to our belts. Take care and greek on.
With pleasure :D take care!
Cool topic Arith
Thank you, I've just ordered the book that was stollen from Delphi, edited in Oxford.
Please do that series, it'll be interesting.
Loved that intro, btw.
Thank you! I shall, eventually hehe.
I freaking LOVE this new element to your channel 🌷🌹🌷🌹🌜⭐️🌛🌹🌷🌹🌷Give us MORE!
(And Happy Solstice 😸)
I loved this video, Arith, and am very much looking forward to further videos on related topics in Hellenic religiosities if you end up going in that direction. I hope you're well & able to take lots of rest, fellow long covid-haver.
Thank you very much. Indeed I plan on continue (or start) these series, even though, it seems, there isn't a lot of interest concerning it. Thank you for your well wishes, and I wish you the same! Take care! ^^
My covid was unnoticeable but my taste and smell have permanently been changed 😥
Fascinating stuff. I would love to hear anything we know about mysticism and rituals from the Mycenean era. I'm curious, though I know I'll never get a complete answer, how much Minoan tradition they held on to and how much they changed. Your educated guesses would be appreciated.
thanks for all the great videos.
Love your stuff kick on love it
Thanks
Awesome awesome will listen again carefully cause I heard the word Doric somewhere. Doric was a dialect spoken in Aberdeen some years ago.
Thanks for all your effort Brother.
Loved the intro!
Wonderful, with nice pictures.
According to Heathenism & their holy scriptures---
1.after death ,does soul can feel any non - physical thing for eternal time after libration from birth & death cycle or when it didn't get libration from that cycle or even any how?
2. Does the soul have any memory of this world ( like memory of family, friends etc) for eternal time after libration from birth & death cycle or when it didn't get libration from that cycle or even any how?
3.does the soul stays individual for eternal time after libration from birth & death cycle or when it didn't get libration from that cycle or even any how?
Please reply🙏
