Thanks for sharing. I’ve been doing my research as well. Recreation resort Cottages and Indigo River are also options although Indigo is kind of higher priced.
@@MicThinksTiny ITH definitely has a low cost line (made with engineered steel panels), but they also have larger "stick-built" models built by Amish craftsmen (and their families) in Kentucky. I think their price range is around 25K to over 100k. They have a huge list of amenities that can be added.
@@melaniehoshall6942 And the prices for the "amenities" are rip-offs, essentially price-gouging. They depend on the ignorance of their customers to get away with the prices.

Don't forget there's a $20K-$30K lot lease. This pays for the infrastructure such as sewer, power water facilities. ( I'm not sure if the $200 monthly payments go towards the lease fee or is a separate monthly charge?)
You forgot to mention that you have to give them a non-refundable key payment of $20-$30K for the privilege of living there, so that low rent comes with an outrageously high upfront payment, so yes, you can beat that.
@@MicThinksTiny Yes their in Tennessee. The $20-$30 K is a non refundable lot lease. It's to establish services to the lots. ( Power, water & sewerage system) I believe they have one in Nevada desert but those are for Tiny houses with solar which Incredible Tiny homes also offer. There's no power or water so you need solar or gas plus rainwater harvesting systems ( which they do) Along with compost toilet.
Kirsten Dirkson channel has a 60 vid playlist that has lot of tiny home concepts/modulars that are fantastic. I suggest if you want a successful channel that you show way more than you talking-we're here to SEE the homes
Thank you for watching! I appreciate our comment. The purpose of my channel is to provide information on tiny homes since there are plenty of channels that just show pictures. I do tours, etc. too but the goal is to be a resource and help people in their decision to go tiny.
Do the simple math you’re buying $100,000 home putting 20,000 down financing $80,000 at 8 1/2% for 25 years you’ll pay $113.254 just in interest on a 100,000 tiny home. Don’t forget lot rent if you do not own a piece of land you’re looking at $500-$1500 per month depending on location in the country. Not trying to put it down. I’m all for living tiny.
Yeah, those are the general numbers for a $100k tiny home. It just depends on what people are looking for (downsizing, cheaper housing, income potential if they have land).
I’ve heard about them on Instagram. Just looked then up, the pricing is good. I’ll see if I can get them to do an interview. Let me know if you end up using them!
You forgot the TOP ONE, INCREDIBLE TINY HOMES based on Quality & Price, and most importantly a home that is ZERO maintenance & lasts decades. NOTHING close compared to ALL OTHER TINY HOME BUILDERS, you choose your price you can affordable. 200K is NOT an affordable Tiny Home Clever Tiny Homes also ALL set at one Price, not sure about quality.
Hello! Yes, depending on where you live, you may be able to get a house for that price. Some people are choosing this route because they want to travel (they can put the tiny house on wheels), other people want to use the house in their backyard to generate additional income, some live in places where a $100,000 home does not exist, and others are choosing tiny life as a way to use less and be minimalists.
I totally understand your point! It just depends on the person. For parts of the West Coast, and major cities in the U.S., $190,000 is a great option to have your own place and not worry about rent increases. The mobility part for tiny houses on wheels in a selling point too.
I genuinely did not make the connection. I use the word house in my videos more than homes and I just chose the word incredible as a literal term. It wasn’t intentional between the title and not including them.
Good for you. There are Trolls out for ITH. Hold off till later or Trolls will come for you. They are sick. Good Look on your channel. U can look & read for yourself. Wise not to go there yet. 🌈
Incredible Tiny Homes is also the largest tiny home community in America. They have 4 fully completed communities with 2 more that will be completed this summer. They also offer specials, especially toward the end of the year.
Hello! Thanks for watching. That's fair. Some tiny houses can be on the pricer side but luckily there are plenty of builders to choose from! If you're looking to buy one and want any help with the process, feel free to email me.
You are definitely cutting people SHORT by not telling about INCREDIBLE TINY HOMES...how could you miss this. More research will tell you Incredi-BOX is very affordable, $20,000, and there are models under 100,000. AMAZING BUILDS
You forgot Incredible Tiny Homes in Newport Tennessee... I just bought a 24' RJO DYI starter @$25K for us poor folk.
Thanks for letting me know and congrats on your new tiny house! :)
That was nice!!

And a lot of people would buy from anybody but ITH, and I would never buy from them.
Amanda, stop spreading misinformation
U forgot ITH .They r the largest tiny home company. Affordable homes located in Newport Tennessee. Randy Jones owns ITH. Check them out.
