He was a good qb at Alabama. He led Alabama to the playoffs his freshman and sophomore year. I’m excited to see what he is capable of doing at Oklahoma. Lincoln Riley knows how to develop quarterbacks. Hurts will win the Heisman and lead Oklahoma to the national championship just watch.

I've only ever really heard Saban talk in a few national interviews, but you can absolutely tell Saban instilled his work ethic and winning ways into Jalen and that comes across very clearly in the way he speaks. As a Sooner fan, I'll admit that Bama has been the best of the best in recent memory. Having a guy like Jalen come into the program and share his mentality with the rest of the team is huge. Obviously, we (OU) are one of the other few blue bloods, but we need to get back to that next level and I'm really hoping that bringing in a guy like Jalen (combined with a new defense) will be the piece to take us back to the heights we are used to. Jalen isn't only a great player, he's one heck of a human being! I'm happy he chose us.

Ummm afraid of him??? Most certainly not but we do know what he is capable of. We still love Jalen and will be cheering for HIM. Even if he should happen to win the national championship we at Bama would be so proud of him. It was a hard decision to make. No matter who we kept the other one was going to leave so if you have to choose then why not go with the younger one with the better arm. Yes Jalen has better legs but Tua has some pretty good legs too. You will not get a Bama fan to talk bad about Jalen hHurts it's not going to happen because we owe him a whole lot. Roll Tide!!!!!

This young man has incredible character. He said something that really makes you think. The young man lost only two games and coach Saban saids Tua puts Alabama in the best position to win. Saban made no sense. He should have just said we want to win in a different manner because a win is a win. Saban is creating a unique problem at Alabama. Jalen is one of four quarterback Saban recruited that left the program, soon Alabama wont be able to get a top quarterback. Jalen, we love you and are very very proud of you.
