The M0 Elitism was just painful. We had full groups of people doing M0s with ~130 ilvl, and the dungeon for the first time during week 1 and it was actually really fun. Saying that someone with an ILVL of 130 should be doing heroics first is just silly.
Dude that first story brings back memories. Around 1996- 1997, my friend’s dad had a couple of computers connected together. In the summer I would go over there every day early in the morning to see if we could play. Over time, we played Warcraft, Warcraft 2, Age of Empires, Age of Empires 2, Starcraft, and Whacky Wheels. This is where I got my fix for gaming...
48:00 My mom would say, "give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime." Don't be a helicopter parent, let your kids take their lumps so they can learn. Otherwise they never will.
This was what happened with me and my wife she was a mage I was a warrior tank did our first dungeon together after teaching her and man not even a few packs in I was getting whispered by everyone in the group to kick the noob mage wasn't doing any damage. I knew better than to kick her though.
Not gonna lie, the plan from the first story by these kids is actually a pretty good plan. I know a lot of parents who wouldve cracked at this. Mine did to a similar plan for a playstation 3 and xbox 360 for Christmas. When my dad found out that as a young kid, not even a teenager, that I had played my parents for these consoles, he wasnt even mad. He was just impressed i was smart enough to come up with an elaborate plan that worked.
It's true though. Draeneis are just the most horde looking you can get on the Alliance, really. I am a Horde player, and if I play Alliance, it just goes right to the Draeneis. I like Draeneis. But I will forever be a Horde player though.
I think those two brothers have projected tectures off. If you put your graphics really low it turns that off for some reason. You literally cannot see where those purple patches are then.
Heal, help your kids, then let them go at their own into a random dungeon and feel the difference between you and any other healer they encounter. Chances they encounter healer better than you all the time is minimal at best so they'd appreciate you real good after a few runs and hopefully think there are good players and bad and we want to be good like papa. Seriously tho heal for the kids its a papa's duty.
Drama Time: Over an hour long. Sometimes two. The viewers will enjoy every bit of this. Intro animation video: 15 seconds. Too long for modern impatient audiences, better gut it out. Preach: HOOOOOOOOOOLLA BALLERS AND A BROFIST TO Y'ALL
You really shouldn't carry your kids in dungeons in my opinion. I know it might sound a bit harsh on the surface but realistically you're so skilled as a player that you could carry them through pretty much anything they would want to do but it would cause problems for them later since they didn't learn on their own and they would face a sudden harsh reality.
Love Drama Time! I'm currently ill at home, playing WoW, and watching Drama Time. I'm currently in Dreadmaul Hold leveling mace skill on my 62 Enhancement Shaman in TBC, thanks for making this bearable! On another note, when's the next 'legacy of' due? :p
You’re preach, your kids will not just fool you into getting their way, they will launch successful RUclips channels and streams on how to defeat parents in battle...eventually they will have a popular show where they read stories about naive children not quite smart enough to dupe their parents and be baffled at this phenomena
Who knows the meaning of "NOOB" New Out Of Box From back when games came in boxes, hell I remember when games came on cassette tape in a ziplock plastic bag, with a black & white xeroxed copy of the instructions.
I am so grad I was already 20 when WoW released. I had not to go through all these ridiculous noob stuff because I was to young to understand basic game mechanics.
On that last story while I do agree if people refuse to learn then fuck em, but if you know the other guys are new give them the very basics of the fight and if they just ignore it fuck em even more.
I mean, game cards were pretty normal to get back then. That's how me and my brothers payed for our subs most of the time. I even have a few of those cards lying around still.
The problem with u healing your kids is , well youre a great healer. I have thought about this the best thing to do is just pre bind them and tell them there is no way to change it.... the only lie i would ever have to endure( I'm a bad liar lol)
Draenei for the win. When I started I was all about whose behind looked the finest. It was always a close call between Night Elves and Draenei. Blood Elves are a bit too skinny for me. So I can completely understand those kids choosing Draenei. Even if they got the gender wrong, eventually they will come around.
57:38 "but I kept the rest of the complaints to myself." No you fuckin didn't, you wrote a "drama" story to bitch about this group to thousands of people lol.
well good ones actually pressed lesser healing wave too, but if you were doing shit easy stuff like nonheroic raids yeah chain heal was all that you needed
1:01:27 Just like you in a pug. You don't mention anything to the group, you just complain about the group. We see that in every single TDP,. Pretty funny how you think of yourself as helping others in your TDPs, when you don't. Maybe you think you should help, but never do. You're narrating what they're doing wrong, but not telling the group what they should do.
That last story, 100% not guilty. If your too shit at the game to learn or figure out what's going on, don't group up with people. Just log out and play a different game. If the tank had even tried to explain they probably would have kicked for being elitists (this has happened to me before no joke in shadowlands) or they just would have ignored it, not realised there is a game chat or just have been non english speaking. It's not a players responsibility to make sure everyone else knows whats up. if that was me, I would just leave the group.
i would like to comment on the last story with the druids but my written monolog got way out of hand so i will just leave it at: the tank wasnt toxic. the other two druids shouldnt have been there. everyone should inform themselves before doing new content. nobody should expect to get into a group where someone already knows what to do. because if you end up in a group where nobody knows the tactics, then everyone is fucked. dont rely on others. do your homework and dont hold back other people because you want to 420 yolo it.
That hair is looking majestic
Your drama time is one of the things I still enjoy, even when I don’t play much anymore. You keep the memories alive. Thank you.

You never played Age of Mythology dude..... That expansion was great!
You Mr Preach sir are guilty!
- of having some very nice progress going on the top. Cheers ^^
The noob story.. I paid for my game time via game cards for over a year, so I completely feel their pain there..
I'm so sorry to hear someone close to you died of COVID, Preach. Hope you're doing better!

Just caught up on the last episode this morning and keeping the drama time hype going here!
So many of these noob stories make me cry of laughter... thanks for that.
this was fantastic playing in the background

I'm surprised the dad didn't say something about nailing his son's mom that night as he booted him.
aah! yes! to come home after a long roadtrip and see a new Drama story! yay!
That first story feels like a Malcolm in the MIddle episode lmao

Now to be fair, male draenei have pretty cool ranged animations (or at least with guns)
As long as I have been watching drama time, I never get to a live one. Work work, zug zug
You’re preach, your kids will not just fool you into getting their way, they will launch successful RUclips channels and streams on how to defeat parents in battle...eventually they will have a popular show where they read stories about naive children not quite smart enough to dupe their parents and be baffled at this phenomena
I don't have a problem with bad players, but I have a problem who are to willing to accept an advice or listen when they do something clearly wrong.
Who knows the meaning of "NOOB"

"steaming hot absolutely boiling in the uk" - 22 degrees lol sure thing guy, love australia
as someone who has done an LFR raid at 2am before I can say that it is true
i had a m0 i couldnt heal at 210 before, so i 100% think everything in that druid story is true.
Ready for some Drama Time baby!!
On that last story while I do agree if people refuse to learn then fuck em, but if you know the other guys are new give them the very basics of the fight and if they just ignore it fuck em even more.
The first one is so wholesome even including the clueless boomer parents.
I mean, game cards were pretty normal to get back then. That's how me and my brothers payed for our subs most of the time. I even have a few of those cards lying around still.
I had a Dranei male hunter in BC. Crisp
Those 7-8 year old's in the first story are truly industrious ... maybe just scammers in the making but whatever :D
“Watch yur mouf.” - Preach, 2021
Damn that hear is coming in nice!
got to make sure u put it in 1080p to see the lush hair
My dad mained a prot pally. Is it just a dad thing?
they have alien skills like gift of the naaru... i can heal my pet with it
The problem with u healing your kids is , well youre a great healer. I have thought about this the best thing to do is just pre bind them and tell them there is no way to change it.... the only lie i would ever have to endure( I'm a bad liar lol)
Some people rage at you for explaining mechanics,so damned if you do damned if you don't lol

Can't wait for my kids to start pulling shit like this.
Your hair is looking MINT big Mikey!!
I feel cool I saw myself in chat
The "replaced by my dad" story made me sad :(
57:38 "but I kept the rest of the complaints to myself."
No you fuckin didn't, you wrote a "drama" story to bitch about this group to thousands of people lol.
Wait. Resto shamans in wrath had to press something other than chain heal?
well good ones actually pressed lesser healing wave too, but if you were doing shit easy stuff like nonheroic raids yeah chain heal was all that you needed
The father sounds like that 2000 Andy who thinks gaming is evil
M+ PUGS, for the most part, are the most toxic part of the game from my experience.
Suffer and learn
Preach dissing Draenei but they're rad as fuck.
hola from country NSW :D
Just gotta pause right away to correct some misinformation right away.
Early 2000’s cool kids had game boy advance, not colour.
Nah they won't 5head you Mike haha you're top tier they ain't got shit on you!!!
I seem to have just soiled myself
WAIT its the weekend WHO STILL HAS there pants on?

I swear to god the worst players always play gnome or draenei.
Something is up with the algorythim. I stopped getting notifications and also stopped seeing your vids on my overview.
