Glad I came across your video. Everything from the flight line manual and online info I found said they were using a series connector to run a single battery. Almost fried something
Absolutely love mine!. Do be careful about getting slow in the turns. She will bite you very quickly. Use lots of rudder while slowing down. Reinforce the elevator servo mount on the elevator itself with a screwed together post thru the elevator. Several P-38s have been lost because of poor glue use on the elevator servo post on the elevator itself.
Yeah she's a heavy girl so keeping the speed up in the turns is must for sure. I also did notice that the elevator seemed a little flimsy so no high G maneuvers with this one. I did make sure that the screws bit into the spar in the elevator so hopefully she'll hold together and I will see about securing that servo thanks! It definitely such a cool plane tho!
excellent flight. I have one and I did some mods on it the front gear and motors. Its a great bird and has to be treated nice. I have it flown on my channel and got it to a speed that is awesome. Its a bird that deserves alot of respect and has to be flown like wise and have to be careful around the turns and keep the speed up. excellent job gave you a like and sub and hope to see more and check out my flight of this bird and let me know what you think? thanks and great job👍👍👍👍👍
Not really. I've ran a single 5200 4s, I've done a single 3600 and also ran 2 2200s before. I just balance it right where that plastic covering that covers the wires going out to the nacelles and she does just fine.
"Pudgy" looked Great!!! Nice Maiden!
Thanks! It is a beauty!
That was a nice maiden there mr. 😊

I bumped up the ailerons to 115. It's definitely so much more fun to fly now! She'll definitely make another appearance on the channel for sure!

Did you struggle to get it to balance at CG position - especially with that battery. Im struggling with mine.ĵ
