Everytime you release another Turbo Walking workout, I am hoping for the punches but I am NEVER disappointed with these MEGA calorie burning, heart loving walks!!! THANK YOU!!!
Oohhh I agree! Sometimes I need something that is a calorie burner with no squats after heavy weight leg day. I’m doing RDL with 110 pounds, squats with 50 and so on so even body weight squats is a no go.
5014 steps , 225 calories burned. Feel so good! Ik that a persons weight and height plays a factor in how much calories a person can burn. But it is all about moving your body to stay healthy in the end! Thank you for this workout! My goal is to follow at least 1 of your workouts throughout this month of June 💪🏼💗

Loved it! What is the difference betweenthe 5000step turbo walking and the fast 5000 step tabata walking?
Turbo walking is almost like jogging, and the work time is 30 sec, while the Tabata work time is 20 seconds.
