The Villa is in deed CALMA, very tranquil & classy. Words don't do justice for this home. The peacefulness is evident even on the video, I'm sure it's even more in person. I think the price should come up as it deserves even more costing, for the amenities of the home, size & area.

Good job, Viktoria. What you called the "plant wall" is called a "living wall" and supposedly it doesn't need to be watered. It thrives off the humidity in the air. You'd think it would need a light misting from time to time. I'm going to move to Marbella someday!! It is a beautiful country.

What an improvement since the two first videos…. Well done ! For me, You are into the 5 best real estate RUclipsr in Marbella….! I was quite direct and hard when I posted a message on the first videos you made but, god you are getting really good at it ! No more interaction with the cameraman who is not really confortable speaking live. Even the way he is filming and editing (if it’s him) is remarkable now. I just want to give you a 9.9/10 !!! Yes I never give a 10/10, that would mean perfection and perfection is just annoying, so thank for the video and keep going ! For the first time since I sold my house in Marbella, the Calma house seems to be a good place where to live. No neighbours, quite a good view, nice design (I dont like the bricks but it should be possible to change the Color) nice living, great exterior, incredible rooms…. It makes me feeling it’s maybe time to come back to Marbella…. Take care
