Just before I watched this video I was walking by a head high fence and a wild hawk was sitting there on the fence and she didn't fly away until I was standing next to her, just three feet away. She was gorgeous. (I'm just guessing that it was female) it was definitely an omen. Great video! I love the house and its location. Great views👍
Hello, it goes a bit too far to call Mascarat the ´Beverly Hills´ of Costa Blanca. BH in the USA is gated and it has 24/7 security unlike Mascarat which is open to the public. Furthermore this is NOT the last plot, there is a building plot next to the house, which is also up for sale! Nice presentation though!
Beautiful intro with great views and very peaceful music really fitting with the images. The house itself is stunning, so luxurious. But how weird it sounds, I would not choose to live there. I have bought my first house in Moraira in 2012, and after more than 10 years i know its all about the outside area in this region, and not so much about the inside. They have build and are building plenty of these kind of houses in the area, but very very few give you the typical spacious outside holiday feeling most are looking for in Spain. Also would I prefer Javea and Moraira above Altea and with a 3 million budget I would choose El Portet in Moraira or a south facing house in Javea with a big garden and close to El Arenal, even if the house is a lot less luxury.
I also love Jaeva, Moraira and Denia! Agreed that a big garden is a big plus especially when you are a family . Tomorrow we are actually filming something of the sort you mentioned above. In denia, with a huge garden all around and front like sea!
Matter of taste. I prefer 10 times Altea to Moraira. Altea has the charm of its old town with the church and stunning sea views, very good restaurants (as well as Moraira), and a more authentic spanish taste. On top of that, it is closer to the Alicante airport. Altea Hills is a stunning place to live in and this house is certainly a dream.
@@carlosalvarez4641i respect your opinion, but i dont agree. It is closer to Alicante that is true, but also much closer to the very busy AP7 which goes almost underneath, as well as the N332. Moraira is in fact like a cul-de-sac, without any of this. I also like Altea, and this house is stunning, but if this same house would be located in El Portet Moraira, it would have been double the price of the current price, that also says a lot. But you cant really make a wrong choice in this area, all the towns are beautiful in this area, I really like Javea and Denia also.
Splendid home Viki, and as always well presented. What are the chances that one could be allowed to extend a little onto the next plot already bought? I am thinking one extra serious good main bedroom, two extra garages, gym/spa, wine cellar, and a jacuzzi/fire pit?
The house offers adequate living space for 2 or 3 people but has no bathtub(?) and no green grass for your children and/or dogs. Nice to look at, not so much to live in.
small plot , small villa , massively overpriced for Calpe / Altea borders basicaly in the middle of nowhere in an area known for a very high number of home robberies views are nice but that is about it !( The price per square metre is insane ) for a house not on a gated community .
I love her videos ! She is very good at explaining all the details ! But I confess that her beauty still takes away my focus from the property , I will need to learn how to improve my concentration !
