By that I mean, these homes would be four to five times the price in Malibu or Beverly Hills. Plus, they don't have the majestic view of the Mediterranean! You did a great job on the intro, Vitoria. You keep improving your productions. 😊 I have watched Enes Yilmazer's channels for several years and can see his influence in your work. But, you are most certainly your own brand and your success is only going to continue to soar. Ibiza like Majorca and some other coastal towns in Spain are now starting to live in cuckoo land, the pricing of properties have got out of hand and looks like they are just plucking figures out of thin air. I would feel hard done by even if I got this for ten million but with idiots out there who don’t understand the real value of money this will keep happening, don’t get me wrong the property is beautiful but I would love to see the actual build cost and I bet it’s know where near what the asking price is.
If you understand the real value of money then build your own. Good luck. If someone richer wants it more you're gonna get outbid. Things are worth what the market is willing to pay for it, not the cost of materials
