What's so special about this property compared to, say, Villa Blue (which is in the same neighborhood - literally across the street) that would warrant practically double the price? And Villa Blue is just one example of many in La Reserva.
Hey Viktoria you need to talk to your video editor. For some reason he is turning down brightness and contrast making all your videos very flat, desaturated, and often very dark. I bet most people don't watch your videos all the way to the end. Muted colors are depressing and subconsciously cause people to turn away. Your video editor is harming your channel growth. The rooms are large and feel cold. People who like this are either people who want to show off if they have a lot of money or people with a cold soul. This is my personal opinion and the house will definitely appeal to someone but not me. Designers nowadays, there are exceptions, think that sleek design, luxury and minimalist appearance is beautiful. A house, no matter how big or expensive, should feel like a warm, comfortable coat that you like to put on. This house is cold and impersonal.
There are literally way too many luxury modern houses like this one all over the world either in California, Florida or Spain. They all look the same. They lack personality and honestly I think that in a couple of decades they won’t age well and they will look old fashioned. It seems that architects are running out of new ideas and they just copy each other and clone hoses all over the world.
