For me the biggest difference between Marbella & Sotogrande is that (high net worth individuals) who prefer Marbella are owners who want to be seen & show off.
But, Sotogrande owners simply want to enjoy the lifestyle and its NOT important to show off - its much more elegant of an area.
This large property, with that tennis court & large surrounding area is a MASSIVE advantage for me (as I love tennis).
There are many Villas with large o/d pools, a gym, a spa, a hot tub, a theatre and good sized main rooms BUT Villa White takes it up 10 levels above those common Villas.
This indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, massage room, stunning sculpted staircase, gorgeous large theatre room along with the gym, 2nd kitchen and large tennis court all on the frontline of Almenara Golf course make this property jump to the top of my list.

I'm VERY interested in what the owner of the undeveloped lots next door to Villa White will be doing with them. When its being developed or sold to have a large Villa built on that plot the noise,& pollution will be VERY Concerning to say the least!!

There is an available plot on the right side where a villa of the same level as White will be built in the future, which will significantly increase the value in the area. I agree that when this happens, it will bring some inconveniences. But it's important to consider that there will be at least a 6-meter space between the two houses, and the construction will have limited time frames. Here we have a saying that goes: "No harm lasts 100 years". And in the meantime, you can already enjoy the luxurious life at Villa White 😁.

For once, a superb property, with just about everything, but room for improvement, such as a cinema room. The price seems unbelievable. Maybe reality is setting in. The next door plot should be available to create a more traditional garden space. All in all, superb.

Can’t believe I just watched you open that hidden door off of the dining room with the doorhandle and then use your hand on the wallpaper to push it open. For future reference, you can also open the door all the way with a doorhandle. That’s actually what they are for!
