I love guanabana, it is hard to describe the flavor or compare it to another fruit. I wish it was easier to find. Great video, thank you

Yeah, I love the sustainability. Way cool way to handle compost and fertilizer and chicken feed. I'm looking to expat to Costa Rica and buy land and homestead. I had heard of these flys before, and how they are not vectors. Man, I hope I can get there do it. Start a new life for my dog and I. Im in NE Tennessee, was going to get land in this region of Appalachia and homestead, but I realize I need to get out of the US. I need to start over, all new everything, and I can do it through the Pensionado residency cause I got service connected disability enough. I've always wanted a self sustaining homestead as practical as possible. Ill grow delicious fruit, probably bamboo too, can make anything out of bamboo. Im looking to have a year round stream for swimming, to feed a aqua whatever system with fish and plants and maybe a pond, and to produce hopefully all my electricity through micro hydro power. Ive lived most my adult life off grid sometimes with zero electricity for long periods of time. The constant charging of hydro, means a smaller battery bank can last longer. That's my theory anyway. Yeah, I got nothing but great reasons to expat to Costa Rica and purchase a homestead there. Use my van to get there and check it all out once Im ready.

Hi Matt, nice to see you also in RUclips. You might not remember me but I happened to work with you for a freelance job back in Dubai. Nice content! I wish we can all live in a self sustainable life. The fruit you tried called "Guyabano" in Philippines one of my favourite tropical fruit. :)

If you do end up making the move there you’ll be able to still collect social security & won’t have to pay for their universal healthcare because you’re over 65. I’ve seen gardeners charge $60 a month for working your garden 4 hours, twice a week. ❤

    • @VeggiePilot

I don’t think they are completely vegan. They don’t eat the chickens but they might eat the eggs.

Fantastic achievement but it is not possible to meet your nutritional requirements based solely upon a plant based diet. B12 and L-carnitine are but two of many not found in vegan diets.
