Neighbor had been REPORTING this yard to the CITY, MICE and SNAKES are OUT OF CONTROL

- After speaking to one of the neighbor they said that the owner of this property haven't been seen in the last 6 months. The overgrowth was causing a lot of mice and snakes to linger around the area. I started the backyard first because that is where most of the complaint was happening. Since I live in south TEXAS the temperature was reaching around 100 to 106 degrees. As much as I want to finish all for this video I just couldn't. I did not want to pass out on someone else's yard. So next week on my day off I will tackle the front yard.

If I could make a suggestion, there is an awesome blade that destroys grass, weeds and brush like that. They are called Kavli Beast blades for heavy duty and Kavli Finisha blades. Just a suggestion so you won't have to go back and forth like that. You did an amazing job as always as well! 😃👍

Wow that was some really tall grass, you whipped it into shape for the neighborhood. I for one wouldn’t want that mess anywhere near my home, beyond the rodents and pest, an overgrown mess like that was is an invitation to squatters and other undesirable elements. I like the way you treat every yard like it's your own even when they're vacant. Going out of your way to trim the edges and bushes and when possible picking up the grass clippings!!!

I was already getting concerned about how much you were doing in this hot weather...heat stroke is a very real thing. You always go the extra mile in cleaning up these overgrown properties...so please be careful in this heat.

Good on you for being wise enough to avoid over exerting yourself in the hot temps. Also wearing long sleeves plus a hat is a must, plenty of water too. My goodness that grass was tall, shame on the owner wherever they/he is. It’s a disgrace and a danger to leave tall grass in summer heat. This looked a bit daunting. It wouldn't help that it was high heat and equipment, and body, would get cranky. Thanks for taking a break when you knew you needed it. Nice work, not only did the yard need Restoration but the open fencing meant that surrounding neighbors got visual relief as things became neat, tidy and "non pest attractant".

i got a 5.5 acre yard with a home & 4 sheds, I pay a buddy with a brush hog to cut it short during the dry spells (never quibble over the price) I take care of the house one acre yard and would never try what you're doing . . hats off to you 🤠
