Who would have ever thought there was so much hard surface under all that grass??!! My goodness, George, I think you were right about this place! I wonder just how old that rose bush was? It seemed kind of bittersweet to cut it down after it had managed to grow so large....I kind of hated to see any of the rose bushes go, but it did make for a cleaner look....and yard maintenance has to be the lowest ever! You always amaze me, George, and this certainly takes the award for best yard transformation!!!

At least you didn't go scorched earth on this back yard. Glad to see you kept the pretty shrub in the side yard and the mature trees. Amaizing how much hardscape you uncovered. Excellent job as always and a joy to watch.
That sidepath came out beautifully! I never would have guessed there was such nice brickwork through there. An astounding makeover, both front and back. It is a pleasure to watch you work. Thanks for a very satisfying video.
This yard transformation was more like an archaeological excavation! Those lovely cobblestones probably hadn't seen the light of day in quite some time. Top notch job as always George 😉👍

It amazes me that you have the stamina & sturdy back to keep at this, but you have shown some MAJOR transformations since I've been watchin. You guys have the hugest rose bushes I've ever seen. Here in Western Washington State we have maritime weather like England. I'd love for some ours to get that big. Bless that tenant; she just couldn't keep it all up. I get it! It's hard to manage so much of the time. I've had 3 back surgeries, a shoulder surgery , an arm and abdomen surgery. So boy! Do I understand not being able to keep everything under control. Do you ever go back to see if they are maintaining your amazing work?? I'd be so disappointed if they didn't. I appreciate any work done for me. I am unable to mow or garden, due to crippling arthritis. When my neighbors do it , I bake for them. I will continue to watch your hard work and quality . I live in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, Canada. Too bad we didn't live closer, I'd bake for you too. Just to keep you fed enough to continue onward. I'm of the old school, and have a work ethic. I was a nurse for many yrs. I was amazed at all the brick pathways. Someone took time in landscaping this property, at one time. It looks so nice now. That was a huge rosebush that was out of control. Wonderful job George!
