I follow 3 channels like this and yours is one of them. The reason I only follow 3 is because you 3 guys do a proper job when you take on these gardens. There's nothing that annoys me more than when someone starts something and then does a half arsed job. It's always a pleasure to watch your work.

This lawn makeover was a wow factor George! When you uncovered the gas meter I smiled as I thought how in the world did they get a reading on it! I wondered if the shrubs you took out will grow back from root base as most do in Texas, only the pines and cedars won’t grow back. The neighbor is getting a makeover without you touching their side! 😄 The front looks very nice! The back will be fun to see. I’ve been marathoning your past videos. Your style has remained the same so far and your eye for “doing things right” has remained steadfast. Last night I watched the one where you found a dead kangaroo in a garden. Far out, what a difference!!!! I love it. The tree you asked about is an Australian Frangipani, hymenosporum flavum. Lovely scented cream and yellow flowers. It grows really well here in my city in New Zealand. That house looks great now, there will be way more light in the rooms and the rock-edged planting beds look lovely. Maybe the tenant will be inspired to plant a few colourful, easy flowers. Can't believe how much effort you put into this place, George! Trimming, weeding, pruning, taking out weedy plants, mowing, blowing, and to top it off waterblasting and pressure cleaning!!! I hope you have a very relaxing and enjoyable Christmas and New Year!

George, I’d like to share with you, some wisdom about roses. roses produce three leaf and five leaf branches. In order to continue blooming, they need to be pruned right above a five leaf sprout. Prune it above three and it will not bloom again. Just a few words of wisdom for you. You’re doing a great job.

One thing I love about your work is you cut things even with the ground so there is no chance of stumbling. Do this plants/trees ever sprout again? Great work George !
