Did you consider to inject pixie dust (powdered frozen pig bladder) into knee joints to produce a renewal of the damage?
Pixie dust has been used to regrow limbs and repair war wounds.

WHY won't the synovial fluid provide the necessary nutrients to rebuild the cartilage ? I stopped watching when I heard his quackage

I could not make a fist or climb stairs without significant pain. 2 weeks on carnivore/fasting and all joint pain went away.

Great presentation! I’ve been low carb/Keto for going on five years. I have in the last month gone carnivore. I just got my A1C results and it was 4.6 and I couldn’t be happier!

In my experience (F72yo) a low carb diet (about equivalent to the Atkins diet) has been effective for weight loss, about 14 kg to date. It has been beneficial for lower back pain reduction - I think a lot of the weight has come off my belly which has improved my posture. However I have had no reduction in my hip, knee and ankle pain which is particularly bothersome overnight. It's worse if I have done a lot of exertion during the preceding day. I am going to continue with the diet but am thinking of trying dietary supplements/exclusions to see if that helps with lower body pain. In other words, I don't think this video contains the answer to my problem.

    no pain!
5 years no pain from injures UNLESS I *re- introduce sugar, processed grains, veg oils and or carbs without their natural fiber I.e. fruit juice.
** (step it up with autophagy= fasting made easy once in ketosis is not only repetitive with the autophagy pathways but zero zero pain from many injures much more benefits.....)

Brilliant, very easy to understand. Does RA cause the same type of deterioration on the knee as OA

My mum struggled with her weight after the change. Every time she went on a new diet, my Dad who was never fat, would lose weight but Mum would stay the same.

The University of New South Wales needs to do something about the acoustics of that room. At present, it's way too "live". I can hear every shuffle and every cough happening in that room.

I would guess we will see a lot of regain in a 10 year study for low carb weight loss people also. Nothing is absolute. They are all tools that work if you work them

Here's the thing, is it really the weight or the lifestyle and diet of the person that wears down the knees? 200 lbs person, with a healthy anti inflammatory diet and exercise vs a 200 lbs person, junk food laden diet and sedentary. So in the end, is it the weight or lifestyle that impacts the knees the most?

Kool Burn well I was the last person over 200lbs with an eating habit of junk food and no exercise so I changed my lifestyle no knee problems since over 50lbs gone.I do believe its both weight and woe.

If you are eating an antiinflammatory diet you wont be overweight.
I was 200lbs and told myself I was fat but fit. I was lying to myself.
Went low carb paleo. Weight dropped off, asthma disappeared, gerd gone too.
If you are overweight you are inflamed. Find the source then get rid of it. For me it was seed oils and carbohydrates.
