There was a fitness tool called health wand, a wooden stick that was about 5 feet long. It was used throughout 19 and first half of the 20. century everywhere. There is something about that. Thanks for sharing!

you can use any stick/dowel. You can even use a broom stick too.

I have a rotator cuff tear on my right shoulder. My shoulder sometimes hurts when I’m raise my arm up. Should I continue to do this exercise or do you have an alternative method or exercise? Thank you!

Is there any excersises for a repeated shoulder dislocated
This is really helpful to reconnect the upper body to the hips and lower body. It allows the upper body to relax and loose weight.Particularly the last section with one end of the stick on the ground which also works well with squats/semi squats..
