My son is 29 he has Fragile X Syndrome he loves to mow the lawn so I bought a used riding lawn mower he absolutely loves it we try to find people around us that need there cut for free anyway just thought I would share from Manitowoc , Wisconsin
Nice people like you should be commended. Very few have the kindness to help elderly people who could not do such work. GOOD JOB. Greetings from the Philippines

You two bring tears to my eyes. You work so hard and do so much for others. You are a great father. Such a positive example to your son. Your love for each other makes me so happy. God Bless you both and God Bless your journey of helping others.
Sad that the neighbors didn't help their neighbor to keep her yard up. My neighbor and I have been maintaining the abandoned house between us for 10 years!
I don't blame you. I'd hate to have my house next to an abandoned property getting all creepy. Vagrants Critters, etc. It's always so sad to see a house abandoned. You always wonder what the backstory is
This story really tugs at my heart strings. I could be this lady in 20 years, needing help. You and your son did an amazing job. Thanks so much for sharing this with us.
You are a godsend to these elderly people here in NJ they wood have code yanking these poor people to court and dining them instead of getting help ....greedy sobs here...
Hope she'll allow the brush hog to be used. As people age, we realize it is more the tripping hazards in life that can lead to devastating incapacitated toward anyone's future. You and your son definitely did alot of hard work here. It shows. Am sure she will be more than pleased with your efforts. Your son sure helped to ease your burden of cleanup. Believe he was more than satisfied to have the opportunity to work alongside his Father. Thank you both for your kindness in helping this elderly woman. ♥️
Watching your son picking up all the branches brought a smile to my face as he has the same mannerisms as my grandson. He too has Autism and I am worried that he will not find a job to his liking or a company that would want to take the chance to hire him. He is a good working and very keen on fine detail to insure it is done properly. I see the same qualities in your son. I would like to see more of him in future videos. Great work to you both. Take care and God bless.
Thank you for sharing Tim. It’s always tough when we can’t do everything for our kids and grandkids! Having my son work with me is one of my favorite things
My neighbor has an autistic son. He's early teens at a guess. He grooms cars on his weekends. He so meticulous the vehicles look brand new when he's finished. This could be and avenue for your grandson to investigate?
@@joebradley7595 I heard of a dad establishing a car wash for his son and other people with autism. They might not work as fast, but he knows they’ll follow instructions well and down the finest detail. Many companies are taking notice of these qualities and finding ways to work with them, including changing the way interviews are handled. Of course, autism is a spectrum and there’s great degrees of difference from one person to the next. Both me and my bf have been formally diagnosed on the spectrum.
I also worry about this with my son, who is also on the spectrum. He's so particular and moves at his own pace. He really doesn't care if others are in a hurry. He has a routine he must follow every day. Finding a job will be hard to fit into his routine. :(
I love this dad’s love for his sweet son Tyler. Tyler appears to be a very thoughtful and considerate young man. Such a great daddy/son duo in life. You’re selfless deeds in helping others in need will not go unrewarded! The yard looks amazing by the way! ♥️♥️♥️
One of my grandson has Asperger, a form of Austism, but he's very loving, always have high grades in school and loves his family so much, too. You and your son, Tyler, did a great job. Thank you for helping the elderly woman. May God bless you and your family more!!!

Watching these videos is so satisfying. It makes me want to power wash everything and put flower pots on the patio to make it even nicer for her. God bless you and your son for doing this.
First of all, I love what you do for your community. Helping out people that are having a hard time is refreshing. So thank you! Second, I too am a father of an autistic child. Both of my sons are autistic. They love nothing more than to help others. Your son has your giant heart. I absolutely love it. Please keep doing what you're doing: changing lives, one cut at a time!
I call this a man with a heart. A wonderful time with his son, exhibiting what it means to give of yourself. We need more people in the world who care about others and aren't afraid to step up.
You and Tyler are absolutely wonderful for doing this. Not only did you bring a smile to the owner's face, the neighbors were probably shouting Hallelujah too! God bless you boys. Awesome job!
Well done father and son. You’ve both grafted very hard. In England we would call it a ‘garden’ The fact you did the work for free for an elderly lady was commendable. Bless you both, quite inspiring.

There is no way this has been abandoned for only a couple of years- looks more like 5-8 years of growth. What a huge job and what special people this man and son are. I just hope after their great effort, someone steps up to take care of that for the woman so their generosity and hard work do not go to waste.
I live in the Midwest and after a Spring/Summer/Fall of NO upkeep in a typical suburban subdivision I can tell you a regular yard turned into a jungle. It was unbelievable how quickly Mother nature took over.

Four hours made a huge difference for this homeowner……thank you, gentlemen! “What can I do to contribute to my community “ is a question we all need to answer.
I love all the mature trees on this property, but I agree with you that getting rid of a lot of the brush would really improve the overall look and feel of the yard. I'm curious to learn what the homeowner thinks. Greetings from New Mexico and thanks for helping out people in need!
When one starts looking around there's no end to what needs to be done. I'm totally not net picking but if I had the where with all I'd love to pour her a new front porch floor and raise it up even with the threshold on the door. Then a ramp down to the driveway. One more thing, I'd get her a new Storm door. The one on the front of the house swings the wrong way. It would be a whole lot easier on her if she had a left hand reverse door instead of a right hand reverse. In other words she needs a door that swings to the right when exiting the house instead of to the left. The shelves on the front porch really need to find their way to the recycling center. Having the resources to do this is one thing, but actually doing it is the definition of character. You've done a great service and put a smile on someone's face that wasn't there. Awesome!!
So much work! Can you imagine her smile when she sees what you’ve done. Years ago our small township did this for an elderly man that tried so hard to keep things nice and tidy, but he was having health issues and just couldn’t manage it. When he saw what had been done for him the tears came pouring down. You are touching this woman’s life, and setting a good example for your son as well. Well done sir, well done.
Wonderful of you and your son to work together to get this ladies yard in shape. You make the world a better place. Neighborhood, churches and local businesses could help so many baby boomers stay in their own homes for many more years. One neighbor stops by occasionally to visit, and to see if I am still alive. Gifts me with a very nice box of food and cut my grass several times until I found a reliable yard man. Very thoughtful. More than my children do. I truly hate asking for any help. 15 miles to grocery, doctor, pharmacy. More than six adult grandchildren. They neither visit nor call. Don't have time. Too busy. Only one still in school who visits a few times a year. Local pastors do not visit. Lucky I have two adult children who will drive me to grocery, doctor etc a few times a year, lol. Rarely get sick, but I do like to eat. Pretty sure I am a typical widowed baby boomer, lol. I tell you this, hoping more good men like you and your son reach out to their neighbors. Women as well. I treasure my independence and wish I had paid more attention to my nearest grandparents. They literally died of neglect. We were all too busy to visit, take them to grocery, the doctor or even cook for them. I often think of them and wish I had gone to live with them for their last five years. (26 grandchildren). I did do better by my parents. Now it is my turn. Bless you and your son.
You are "the gift that keeps on giving" this lady will certainly have a great big smile on her face when she sees the result. Great job guys. 💯👍👌👏👏👏👏🇬🇧
Who Knew that watching yard work could be so safisying to watch....but it is! I love seeing your transformations and more the care you have for helping others. Thanks
This has to be one of your best videos (although I love them all). I can identify with this lady. I’m 76 and living independently is so important for us. Tyler is an amazing young man. Working together is such a good sight. God bless you for your work to help this lady.
This man inspires a lot of people. I'm so happy that he includes his son in something that's a feel good moment. We also have autism in our family very heart warming 💛💙💜💚❤💙💙💙💙💙
Need more people like you in the community. Makes me believe that there is hope in this crazy world for those that really need help but don't know where to turn. You the man.
Nice to know their are still good people in this world.always makes a man fell good to do something for someone in need when they can't do it themselves. May God bless you and your son.you have made God Happy this day.
Wow 🤩 just watched both videos on this house 🏡 and Sir you and your son are absolutely the most beautiful human beings I have ever watched. Your kindness for this women is amazing. I Pray 🙏🏽 For God to continue to bless you and your son always. 🥰
What a true blessing you both are! It's nice to see a father and son working together. It looks like she is going to need a bunch of help getting the house ready again and I hope others step up to help as they can. You epitomize the saying "if you can be anything in this world, be kind". Thank you for helping this elderly lady out.
The project is shaping up amazingly! Can’t wait for the back yard & bush hogging the yard! The owner will be sooo happy! Your kindness has no bounds! 🥰🙏
I love this video! My dad (RIP) was a helper his entire life. Growing up, we helped him help others regularly and never thought twice about it. Now that I’m older and he’s gone, his example is just that much stronger in my mind. Thanks for giving the same gift to your hard-working son. 👍🏻
Oh what a amazing caring job u did for this elderly lady may God bless you what u did for this lady we need more people like u a dad and son team I realy salute you for this good deed hope u didn't get any snakes there ur don is going to be proud of his dad and of himself well done dad and son I realy applaud you guys it makes a big difference this is true neighbour's 🥰🙏❤
What a big improvement, well, you and your son are worth your weight in gold. I hope the lady does manage to get back into her home 🏡. Thank you for your kindness.
What do they say? Even if you didn’t change the whole world, you changed that lady’s world. However, taking it further, by changing that lady’s world for the better, you did change the world. You’re good people.
Beautiful work, not just the physical work either. To bless someone for no gain, and many times you don't know, is the greatest form of love shown not only to the people, but the Heavenly Father ALWAYS takes note. Really liked this video, want to see part 2 :) from Texas
I have autism myself, when I found out that your boys have a disability like myself and it’s pretty awesome that you don’t give up on us!! So proud of you Tyler!! Brian you are the role model in this business that I look up to the most!!
You gift of helping others is AMAZING ❣️ Your spirit of kindness towards others is soooo refreshing ❣️Kudos to your son for helping . “In due season you will reap your reward “. Getting that bush cutter is warranted. Be BLESSED
What an interesting yard and a lot of work. It must've looked great years ago. I like the whimsical look to all the bushes but at this point it needs to be cut back to look better from the overgrowth. You all did a great job.
It is such a pleasure to see your son, Tyler, partnering on this big project. The transformation is truly amazing and satisfying to watch. Best wishes for continued success!!
Hope to see part 2, the brush cutter will open up the yard. The house is going green from lack of sun. Lovely to see a family making a difference in people's lives. Great job guys
Yep Bush cutter required - What a great team you 2 lads make. An exceptional transformation when finished. Great to see Tyler again and what a great role model he is for other young people. Well done to both of you - You both should be very proud. It was that good you are going to get a WHOOP WHOOP from me.
I love the work you and your son put into these properties. I can’t imagine trying to take care of all this on my own. I lived in Maitland Florida, outside Orlando, and remember these large lots. A HUGE difference from here in California!
I can’t believe how easy that mower cuts down the tall weeds and grass. It must have a large engine. Your ❤️ is in the right place. It looks amazing after your hard labor. God bless you and your son.
God gave you the gift of giving. He uses me the same way and it brings joy to my heart. We are his light in this world and it’s our job to let others see it, and sir you are showing it everyday. Your blessed and will continue to be blessed because when he speaks you listen. Thank you
I know how generous you are and always going the extra mile to help people. I'm guessing you will power wash the house too. I hope the plumber sees this and gives her a break on the sewer line repair.
Hey guys you have really done a great job for the home owner, I really like your son working with you, please tell him that he is a fine young man and did a great job helping you . Good luck in the future
Your son is an amazing kid but even more so you are an amazing father I myself am also very lucky with a father that loves me and supports me and takes me on jobs and teachers me. He looks past my autism and just sees his son and that is the kind of love I see yo I giving to your son and I just wanted to say thank you. Because there are so many parents out their that go about it all the wrong way when their. Holden are diagnosed with autism. But you set an amazing example thank you.
The lessons we teach. Our children like the one you did taking him on this job. Helping others for no reason than to just help others is something more people in this world need to be taught. The world has become such a selfish place more people need to give so thank you. Truly thank you
My Glory! What a huge difference between the “before” and “after” shots! You and your son make a great team. Hope we see him again in future videos! Also looking forward to seeing the yard when it’s completely finished! What a blessing for that elderly lady! I hope you receive back 10 fold for being so incredibly caring and helpful.
I know you're not looking for a "pat on the back," but you and your son are kind hearted, wonderful folks. I'm sure that lady is so grateful for you both. I can't believe the neighbor didn't help her out (if they're able), I just don't get it. Helping the elderly and infirm is just a great thing to do for so many different reasons. And it makes you feel so good. Blessings on you both!.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You bring tears to my eyes, knowing that you are doing this to help an elderly lady shows just how wonderful a man you are. Being elderly myself makes your work extra special.
You guys worked hard and got a lot done. You are right ; a lot of that shrubbery needs to be cleaned up and cut back because it has grown so wild. All the wild overgrowth makes the house look abandoned. We teach our kids best by example. You are showing Tyler how to be a kind person.
Our adult son also has autism, hes aspergers and your right they are the most caring and thoughtful souls! Happy to be his mother! Thanks for sharing and helping this young lady! Need more people like you in this world! 👍🏽
@@TopNotchLawns Great work! Maybe you could get a volunteer group, like the Boy Scouts or a church group, to help you. They could power wash the exterior, clean inside and carry off junk to the dump or GoodWill.

Love everything about this video!!!!
Thank you jack
A wood chipper wood be good to for under the trees tou are keeping.
Working on doing more with Facebook so keep checking in
That lawn mower is like a bush hog. Awww sweet story.
Thank you Jean ☺️

Who Knew that watching yard work could be so safisying to watch....but it is! I love seeing your transformations and more the care you have for helping others. Thanks
This has to be one of your best videos (although I love them all). I can identify with this lady. I’m 76 and living independently is so important for us. Tyler is an amazing young man. Working together is such a good sight. God bless you for your work to help this lady.
Thank you as always Connie I appreciate your support and yeah he’s my favorite helper!
This man inspires a lot of people. I'm so happy that he includes his son in something that's a feel good moment. We also have autism in our family very heart warming 💛💙💜💚❤💙💙💙💙💙

Wow 🤩 just watched both videos on this house 🏡 and Sir you and your son are absolutely the most beautiful human beings I have ever watched. Your kindness for this women is amazing. I Pray 🙏🏽 For God to continue to bless you and your son always. 🥰
GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR SON. The world could really use a lot more caring and giving people like you are.
What a true blessing you both are! It's nice to see a father and son working together. It looks like she is going to need a bunch of help getting the house ready again and I hope others step up to help as they can. You epitomize the saying "if you can be anything in this world, be kind". Thank you for helping this elderly lady out.
Thank you as always for the kind words Julee
Good job, your Mom would be so proud of the fine man you have become.

I love this video! My dad (RIP) was a helper his entire life. Growing up, we helped him help others regularly and never thought twice about it. Now that I’m older and he’s gone, his example is just that much stronger in my mind. Thanks for giving the same gift to your hard-working son. 👍🏻
Thank you 😊 what a great memory to share

The mowed lawn makes a huge difference.
Good job you two. 😀👍
Thank you 😊
What do they say?
Even if you didn’t change the whole world, you changed that lady’s world.
However, taking it further, by changing that lady’s world for the better, you did change the world.
You’re good people.
This world needs more people like you u are definitely Pratt of the construction team and not the wrecking crew.
Beautiful work, not just the physical work either. To bless someone for no gain, and many times you don't know, is the greatest form of love shown not only to the people, but the Heavenly Father ALWAYS takes note. Really liked this video, want to see part 2 :) from Texas
Thank you Barry i appreciate the kind words
I have autism myself, when I found out that your boys have a disability like myself and it’s pretty awesome that you don’t give up on us!! So proud of you Tyler!! Brian you are the role model in this business that I look up to the most!!
If it was my house I'd be thrilled!
You gift of helping others is AMAZING ❣️ Your spirit of kindness towards others is soooo refreshing ❣️Kudos to your son for helping . “In due season you will reap your reward “. Getting that bush cutter is warranted. Be BLESSED
Thank you Carolyn. I appreciate the kind words ☺️
What a difference with the before and after, big job, big heart. Respect to you and your son.
What an interesting yard and a lot of work. It must've looked great years ago. I like the whimsical look to all the bushes but at this point it needs to be cut back to look better from the overgrowth. You all did a great job.
Thank you! Yes I think it would look better and more cleaned up
It is such a pleasure to see your son, Tyler, partnering on this big project. The transformation is truly amazing and satisfying to watch. Best wishes for continued success!!
Hope to see part 2, the brush cutter will open up the yard. The house is going green from lack of sun.
Lovely to see a family making a difference in people's lives. Great job guys
Thank you Sue. Hoping to do a couple follow up videos
@@TopNotchLawns Good. I will be looking for those videos.
This world needs more caring souls like these two. God bless and can't wait to see what else you do.
Agree with you on that
You’re a kind man, you did a great job with your son!
Kudos to you and Tyler! He is an amazing young man! ❤️
Yep Bush cutter required - What a great team you 2 lads make. An exceptional transformation when finished. Great to see Tyler again and what a great role model he is for other young people.
Well done to both of you - You both should be very proud. It was that good you are going to get a WHOOP WHOOP from me.
lol 😂 thanks so much for the support and kind words
Dear Sir, may God immeasurably Bless you and your priceless Son for helping this dear little lady!

Awesome when you & your son work together!!! Love it.
Thank you warren
Great work, made even better by father-son working together.
Thank you. He’s my best helper!! 👍
Good job Tyler! Thanks for helping your dad!
lol thank you Linda ☺️
He does great work. He has a big heart my god bless him and his son.
Thank you
Thank you 😊 helping others is very rewarding!
I'm so excited to see further work on this property! I also have a grown son with autism and he's my heart! Keep up the good work, my friend.
Thank you. Yeah he’s my favorite helper!
I already watched the second video,so had to see the first one. That’s so nice what you and your son are doing that lady.❤️❤️❤️❤️
I know how generous you are and always going the extra mile to help people. I'm guessing you will power wash the house too. I hope the plumber sees this and gives her a break on the sewer line repair.
Thank you Cathy yes hopefully there will be a couple of follow up videos
Hey guys you have really done a great job for the home owner, I really like your son working with you, please tell him that he is a fine young man and did a great job helping you . Good luck in the future
Thank you David. He’s my favorite helper! I will
Your son is an amazing kid but even more so you are an amazing father I myself am also very lucky with a father that loves me and supports me and takes me on jobs and teachers me.
Thank you Joyce. He’s a great kid! Hopefully we’ll have a couple follow up videos
I'm always up for doing a good deed. This positive energy just vibrates throughout our confusing world. Join in everybody! Thanks for all you do!
Definitely!some people need help and some people have help to give!
Yes... Such and awesome act of kindness! 😃
I was about to say, the house needs a good power wash, and you said it 👍🏻, good job 👏🏻
Thank you Josee! 😂😊
You and your son are awesome!!!! God bless you both!!! 💕
That was very kind of both of you to help this dear woman. As we age, everybody feels happier in their own home. Subscribed & Liked❣️🌈🍀🙏
This was fun to watch. Your son is a very hard worker. Blessings to you, your family and the people you assist. From Texas The Lone Star State 🌟
Thanks for Katherine 😊 he is my favorite helper!
You’re a good man. Can’t wait to see the backyard, the cleaning of the house and to see if she’ll let you get rid of the brush! Great job so far!
Thank you. Hopefully we’ll have a couple follow up videos
@@TopNotchLawns Great work! Maybe you could get a volunteer group, like the Boy Scouts or a church group, to help you. They could power wash the exterior, clean inside and carry off junk to the dump or GoodWill.
Thank you and your son is such a blessing. I saw your second video on the back yard first so I had to see this first one to get an idea of what you and your son accomplished. Give your son a hug from me and thank him for a great job.
Your son is quite the hard worker! (And it's nice to hear he has a heart of gold, too!) I can't wait to see the next installment... Great work, guys!
Thank you 😊 he’s my favorite helper!
