The Lions did overhaul their defense. All new CBs including Davis( a Superbowl winning man specialist. A first round pick in Arnold. A second round pick in Rakestraw. And a GRITty cb in Robertson to play nickel allowing Brian Branch to play more safety with Kirby Joseph and Melifonwu. Two young ascending linebackers in Jack Campbell and Derek Barnes to go along with Anzalone who has played better every year. Plus they added DJ Reeder and Marcus Davenport to the line replacing Isaiah Buggs and the Okwora brothers which are clear upgrades to the defense that ranked 2nd against the run in 23. Their defensive line is already terrifying. The linebacker core is likely to keep improving. And the secondary is looking great. I wouldn’t be surprised if their defense is a top 3 unit in the league. Same with the offense, maybe top 5, that running game is terrifying, the o-line can block efficiently all game, and that passing game is insane. I predict a 14-3 record.

Josh Allen gets the blame despite playing much better in the playoffs, so why wouldn't Lamar? Lamar also had a better, healthier team, a 1st round bye, and was the MVP of the league, right? Then he played even worse against the Chiefs, while throwing into triple coverage to lose the game.
@@corey2232 Except the difference as history has shown is the Bills have had several chances and have blown it every year, they lost 3 divisional rounds in a row since 2020 and it’s not like Josh Allen has ever won an MVP or anything. Faxxxx yeah Lamar throw a dumb pass into triple coverage but imagine if the ravens came into with a game plan to RUN THE BALL like the best rushing team they are😮
@@dcyungin202 The issue in that game as to why they didn't run the ball is because the Offensive Line got absolutely killed by the Chiefs' Defensive Front. Their gameplan was to run the ball, the problem was that other than one run by Gus Edwards, KC stuffed us on nearly every running play. (Plus they were giving the Ravens so many different looks compared to what they saw on film from the week before. But to be fair, KC does that to everyone) That and the Ravens were up against more than a 53-man roster and 20 coaches. There's no real "quarterback controversy" in Atlanta. Three points: 1. Cousins is "the Man" until he's shown not to be. 2. Penix was picked in the draft first round as a strategic move for the future. Cousins was never seen as the long-term solution. If Cousins is successful, taking the Falcons into the playoffs, the team would be "rewarded" with a #25+ draft pick. What "Quarterback-Of-The-Future" are you going to get with that? 3. When it comes to strategic moves, most sports writers/commentators/RUclips sites don't know [brown organic matter] from Shinola.
To be fair the jags added armstead. He’s arguably the most disruptive dt since Donald retired, their dline should be good. I’d say Trevor’s holding them back more👀 It’ll be good vibes in the Texans locker room tho, hopefully

What astounds me is that somehow the Dolphins, Eagles, Bills, and Cowboys ALL have better chances than the TEXANS?! And HOW are the JETS RIGHT BEHIND the Texans?!
Video idea: The one real reason that every NFL Team HAS a chance to win the Super Bowl…?! Maybe not just like, “because the team is good,” but like in this video, it could be because of a trade, a QB, uprise in the franchise, etc. This would be a cool video in my opinion! 🔥
Speaking as a Cowboys fan, you really can't say the Eagles have secondary woes anymore. They have Slay, they brought back CDJ, and drafted Mitchell and DeJean. Who, in my opinion, were the 2 best CBs in the draft. And the Eagles stole DeJean in the 2nd round
Yeah, if everybody was gunning for the Chiefs over the past few years, this year should easily top them all. My concern about injuries stacking up is already at an all-time high. And in avoiding injuries, they might start playing too conservatively in the regular season to even get to the postseason
I never understood the hate for the Falcons drafting Penix. This year’s quaterback class is one of the best in recent years and Cousins was never a long term solution.

As a Carolina fan, no doubt it’s Tepper. As an NFL watcher, it feels foolish to bet against the Chiefs, but it’s just hard for me to see an NFL team 3-peating in this era.
The number of people saying Payton is denvers issue is insane. Denvers' issue is that their team lacks real talent at almost every position. Ecen if Wilson had worked out that was still true. They mortgaged their already shaky future for Wilson and it blew up in their face.
Yeah, Wilson was not bad last year, as TPS says he was. They were threatening to bench him even after the win in KC unless he restructured his contract. Payton pretty much drove him out of town

Says the Bengals didn't do "anything" to replace Mixon while showing the free agent signing of Zach Moss. Personally, if the Bengals have a repeat of 2023, finishing last in the North and missing the playoffs, that will stop them.
I mean yeah some of this makes perfect sense. It’s kinda funny the chiefs one is just the fact it’s insane to try and go for a 3peat and I’m a chiefs fan. All my life. And personally, I think Texans are gunna come in swinging. All the new weapons they have. If stroud gets into a comfortable stride. It could turn into a Texans team that was like the 19 chiefs. They don’t have to out play you, They just have to play a game of long catch with the receivers. That Texans team looks to be tough. But of course. Everyone has their own teams and own opinions. We will just have to see how it all shakes out in the end. Could be a really interesting season.
Let’s be honest here truly about the Titans, instead of what TPS thinks… The real reason the titans don’t have a shot isn’t because of the Vrabel firing, it’s because they are an unconfirmed team in the Texan run AFC South with 3 other good teams. That’s why people are scared to give them credit where in their roster there is very few holes
Rodgers definitely won’t end the jets season bc of “drama”. If anything he gets injured again but hopefully that doesn’t happen. I want to see what he does with an actually good team
I can think of better reasons besides a made up "controversy" that would derail the Falcons' plans, and I am a Falcons fan myself: 1. Cousins being injured behind an O-Line that is great at run blocking, but has flaws with pass blocking. 2. To follow up #1, Penix being thrown in sooner than planned and not stepping up. 3. Young pass rushers like Harrison and Ebiketie do not step up after Terry did not invest in a legit vet, or a pick like Turner who looks like a day 1 contributor. 4. Not adding a legit presence at CB or Safety to pair with Terrell and Bates.
The Jags biggest problem being their D-Line is laughable. Allen and Walker are a top 5 pass rushing duo, and Foyesade Oluokun led the league in solo tackles. What about their O-Line or secondary? My goodness, TPS has some awful takes sometimes
The last team to have ever 3-Peat was Green Bay Packers in 1929 1930 and 1931 that was way way before the Super Bowl ERA was a thing in those times but in the Super Bowl ERA that we see now no team had ever 3-Peated not once in the NFL's History of existence unless if you were a Bulls Fan in the NBA they did 3-Peated not once but twice in NBA's History and that is the truth! 6:06
The Packers won 3 in a row by standing in 1929, 1930, and 1931 seasons. However since the introduction of the playoffs system, the Packers won another 3 in a row in 1965, 1966, and 1967 seasons. With the 1966 season resulting in Superbowl 1, so only 2 Superbowls and an NFL championship in a row. However that's the last NFL 3-peat.
The Kyler Murray slander needs to stop. You could have said some of the stuff a few years ago, but why can't he grow and evolve as a franchise QB. He's got the work ethic.
True. Just because historically it hasn’t been able to happen doesn’t mean it can’t. I believe TPS is on record saying we have never seen someone like Mahomes.
No the real reason the Vikings won't win the Super Bowl is they'll either be starting Sam Darnold or JJ McCarthy at QB. Darnold flat out sucks in the NFL and McCarthy is a rookie who needs time to develop.
10:00 that’s a Way To Say The 49ers Can’t Win and I Agree 3 10 point leads in 3 Super Bowls. Lost Each Of them, Kyle Shanahan Has To Go If They Can’t Win A Super Bowl This Year
9:21 That’s Exactly Why The Steelers Are Going To Have A Losing Season. Russel Wilson is not Just A Cancer, But He’s Washed Up. At Least TPS Agrees With me
They went captain obvious with the Patriots reason (rookie head coach and a rebuild). As a Patriots fan I'm being realistic and hoping for a competitive team. The defense will be good, but the offense will depend on how the line plays, as that O line was the big problem in 2023.

If Cousins is successful, taking the Falcons into the playoffs, the team would be "rewarded" with a #25+ draft pick. What "Quarterback-Of-The-Future" are you going to get with that?
3. When it comes to strategic moves, most sports writers/commentators/RUclips sites don't know [brown organic matter] from Shinola.
don't try to defend the penix pick, he'll be an old man before he starts
@@TheUltraRaven Please refer to Point #3.
@@alabamaal225 you said when it comes to strategic moves, that pick ain't strategic
The league and their officials have worked too hard to put the chiefs in a three-peet position not to finish the plan
To be fair the jags added armstead. He’s arguably the most disruptive dt since Donald retired, their dline should be good. I’d say Trevor’s holding them back more👀
It’ll be good vibes in the Texans locker room tho, hopefully
3:02 “they haven’t made any moves to find a suitable replacement” as he shows the signing of said replacement
I’m a Bengals fan, I hated Mixon, I love moss
One day i need to see a Ravens vs Eagles SB
cause if it happens greenhouse academy might come to watch this game
What astounds me is that somehow the Dolphins, Eagles, Bills, and Cowboys ALL have better chances than the TEXANS?! And HOW are the JETS RIGHT BEHIND the Texans?!
fr, the texans probably have the best chances behind the ravens lions niners and chiefs
David Tepper SUCKS as the owner of Carolina Panthers I wish he just ain't worth it! 2:08
as a titans fan, firing vrabs was the best thing for the organization. no way run, run then pass wins a super bowl
Love your video TPS and keep up the great work you are awesome
Yeah, if everybody was gunning for the Chiefs over the past few years, this year should easily top them all. My concern about injuries stacking up is already at an all-time high. And in avoiding injuries, they might start playing too conservatively in the regular season to even get to the postseason
I never understood the hate for the Falcons drafting Penix. This year’s quaterback class is one of the best in recent years and Cousins was never a long term solution.
If Cousins is/was never a long term solution, then they shouldn't have signed him to a 4 year 100 million dollar guaranteed deal.
@@thadcastle661 The same reasoning that makes some guys think they could win a NASCAR race driving their grandmother's Buick. Going cheap is expensive.
@alabamaal225 nah, more like they spent $180 million on a Buick, then went and got a Corvette to sit pretty in their garage 🤷🏻♂️
I mean im not saying my Colts will win the Superbowl but the fact nobody even considers they can make a payoff push actually boggles my mind Richardson is a wild card yes but he is determined to stay on the field this year and our young nucleus is something to be concerned about for other teams in the AFC especially
I'm a Giants fan. It doesn't matter they still stink. It's just a matter of time before Jones gets injured.
Giants: no saquon
As a Carolina fan, no doubt it’s Tepper. As an NFL watcher, it feels foolish to bet against the Chiefs, but it’s just hard for me to see an NFL team 3-peating in this era.
“It’s hard to get 3 in a row, because it’s hard to get 3 in a row” nice job 👍🏻👍🏻
10:30 as A Seahawks fan I can Absolutely agree there. It’s going to take some time. But we’re growing.
8:12 This saints crap didn’t age quite so well XD
It's impressive how you managed to reduce it to only one reason for teams like Panthers, Titans, Commaders etc.
Call me crazy but Sean Payton is literally the only reason we have a chance at a Super Bowl this year 😂
@@PrinceOfDuval16 wilson couldn’t complete a pass over the middle of the field. If anything, Payton managed to boost Wilson’s stats to look decent. If you watched Broncos games, which I don’t blame you if you didn’t, you’d know how ass Wilson was
Travon Walker, Arik Armstead, Josh Allen...Jags offensive line may be a bigger reason they struggle, but I wouldn't put that blame on the d line
Says the Bengals didn't do "anything" to replace Mixon while showing the free agent signing of Zach Moss. Personally, if the Bengals have a repeat of 2023, finishing last in the North and missing the playoffs, that will stop them.
The AFC North is rough. Any of the four teams could potentially miss out on the playoffs.
They were rolling before Burrow got hurt
@@brotheldan2009 they were 5-4 before burrow got hurt, not really rolling
@@TheUltraRaven they had just beat the shit out of the 49ers and just won 3 in a row
They don’t have to out play you,
They just have to play a game of long catch with the receivers. That Texans team looks to be tough.
But of course. Everyone has their own teams and own opinions.
We will just have to see how it all shakes out in the end.
Could be a really interesting season.
Matt lafleur is a good coach! At least top 4
Let’s be honest here truly about the Titans, instead of what TPS thinks…
The real reason the titans don’t have a shot isn’t because of the Vrabel firing, it’s because they are an unconfirmed team in the Texan run AFC South with 3 other good teams. That’s why people are scared to give them credit where in their roster there is very few holes
Sean Payton in my real honest opinion is NOT overrated! 4:00
Rodgers definitely won’t end the jets season bc of “drama”. If anything he gets injured again but hopefully that doesn’t happen. I want to see what he does with an actually good team
Uhh did u forget the 17 seasons before he was a jet?
Rodgers is 40 and returning from a torn Achilles and playing his home games on the field where he tore it.
Cowboys winning the super bowl this year
Its about damn time.
keep dreaming
I can think of better reasons besides a made up "controversy" that would derail the Falcons' plans, and I am a Falcons fan myself:
Eagles secondary. That’s the best ya got. Damn I feel good. James Brown Good.
The Jags biggest problem being their D-Line is laughable. Allen and Walker are a top 5 pass rushing duo, and Foyesade Oluokun led the league in solo tackles. What about their O-Line or secondary? My goodness, TPS has some awful takes sometimes
They always do
Sometimes? More like every video. This channel is garbage compared to how it was a couple+ years ago
Next video idea: the one real reason why favorite nfl team has a chance of winning Super Bowl lix
He's got the work ethic.
the one team I hate is the Dalls Cowboys, they not going to win a Super Bowl
The eagles they not Super Bowl ether. The commanders they just to weak
I like how the only thing they could come up with for the Chiefs was "because it's hard" 🤣🤣🤣
As a seahawks fan the greenbay one is actually stupid. Matt did great in the playoffs and exceeded expectations. They are my NFC pick this year.
10:00 that’s a Way To Say The 49ers Can’t Win and I Agree 3 10 point leads in 3 Super Bowls. Lost Each Of them, Kyle Shanahan Has To Go If They Can’t Win A Super Bowl This Year
Video idea: How to build the perfect offensive lineman in the NFL
I love how the title says real reasons then proceeded by you constantly giving your opinion lmao
Bold prediction: OROY= Xavier worthy , OPOY= Hollywood Brown, DPOY= Chris Jones, DROY= Hicks, MVP & SB.MVP= Mahomes, Coach of the year= Andy Reid. Chiefs finish 20-0, 3-peat.
The best QB on the Giants' roster is Tommy Devito.
Vrabel needed to go! He was stuck in the Belichik ways of coaching, and he wasn't going to get out of it anytime soon!
Vrabel made the titans look watchable😑
What was worth watching? Run run pass? Oh henry isn't in thats a pass, henry is in thats a run maybe a play action. Vrable didn't believe in throwing the ball. @arpenate3878
@@arpenate3878That’s comedy, when so many people said the titans were not watchable under Vrabel. Soon as Levis came along and did what he did with Hopkins people started to tag along. Getting rid of vrabel and hiring Callahan caused the focus to shift on gaining receivers and throwing the ball instead of running it down people’s throats
Which in many peoples eyes is so much more interesting than run run pass, or run, play action, run
@@vegeta2522 why the fuck wouldn't you run when you have derrick fucking henry
@@The_Narrator615 again, if you have derrick fucking henry, you're running the damn ball
Anyone got any ideas as why vrabel isn’t a coach somewhere?
Only reason the Steelers are not winning a SB is clear. MIKE TOMLIN.
im a ravens fan and even i have to admit tomlin is a damn good coach
Exactly what is he saying @@TheUltraRaven
Dolphins real reason: Jalen Ramsey choking
I think Kyler is franchise worthy he just needs a way better team around him
This man really said Green Bay’s problem is the coach lol.
Lol you forgot Chiefs ultimate power..the Swift! All they need to do is just announcing Kelce and Swift's engagement/wedding on NFL turf, it all locked and over for the other 31 teams.
this video is peak off-season material
still liking the video in hopes giants win the superbowl! hahahahahahah
All those teams right there you see on the list of Back to Back Super Bowl Champs not a single 3-Peat on the list whatsoever! 6:08
The biggest problem for the Lions I see is that they go on 4th down way to often instead of going for field goals
that's just the average madden player
You right about the Chiefs and the 49ers because Shannon is on very hot seat can't can't win the big one and the Chiefs got the easy schedule
U sure about that they have a hard schedule
Cheifs play 7 playoff teams I think
Please explain to me how Russ Wilson is a cancer ? Like have people said he’s annoying ? Yeah but calling him a cancer is a huge reach
I mean someone's favorite team has to win the Super Bowl! 🤷
