It’s the ladder teleport glitch. Pull out and raise the syringe up then interact with a ladder and don’t let go of the syringe raise animation until you’re ready to teleport. You can delay the teleport by keeping the syringe up as much as possible
How did you kill Bjarkhow by placing the bomb under car and not get killed yourself ? Used hacks or something which doesn't count wor Speedruns and makes no sense

Your cover has been blown / Guards now looking for a suspicious "X" don't count as alerts therefore it is still possible to get SA

when 47 dies from a bomb, go to the menu and press the pause button on the keyboard
