  • Hormone body type 1 - The adrenal/cortisol body type
    This is a result of long-term chronic stress resulting in high levels of a stress hormone called cortisol.
    Cortisol is a storage hormone, and it makes your body store fat around your belly. The resulting look is one where you develop a saggy stomach and that tire around your waist.
    But when you are chronically stressed, one thing that happens is that you start to break down muscle in your legs, butt, and arms. This is why this body type will have thin legs and arms and a flat 🍑.

    -crave carbs and salty foods
    -low energy and fatigue
    -poor sleep quality
    -high blood pressure
    -high blood sugar
    -frequent colds or illnesses

    What if I gave big arms also not skinny legs I’m evened out is it possible to have adrenal and thyroid body type? Because I have all these symptoms plz help me
