What if I gave big arms also not skinny legs I’m evened out is it possible to have adrenal and thyroid body type? Because I have all these symptoms plz help me
You can always be a combination of each body type. This actually is quite common with many people we work with. The best solutions would still be to approach it from a root cause perspective. We have a masterclass coming up, let us know if you want to register for it.
@god563616 you have to bring the body back to balance. The hormone change isn't the problem. Rather, we need to figure out what created the hormone change. This can be unique for each person.
Yep that’s me …. I lift weights to keep muscle … yep bad insomnia. Yep chronically tired .
@@wendywertz8828 if this sounds like you, back off the weights until you can manage your stress better.
Really true
I have a lot of weakness w thyroid issues.
@iLoveMiniThingz sorry to hear that. What have you tried to help this?

Yep truth
Good channel on RUclips is Chronically Future Canada that is hosted by someone that has Type 1 Addison’s disease.
Does this apply to men as well? I wonder since the drawing is of a woman

@anastasiabeautyy1864 Yes, you can totally be a combination! In fact, this is very common because hormones work together.
You are dead on except getting sick quickly. What are the cures?

@@functionalhealthinstitute9398 Thank you. I just got a organ transplant. That's when the changes started.
Looks like a drawing and sounds like a description of me.
It is quite common, and also common to be a combination of body types. If you are looking for a solution let us know.
