Sir I am 60 kg individual and I eat about 70g of protein daily and all my protein comes from whole eggs. Sir I can't afford whey protein. And I can eat chicken once in a week because of my religious beliefs. So my question is, ⚫It is safe to consume 10 to 12 whole eggs daily. •And what are other good sources of protein?
Tofu,Greek Yogurt, Paneer, Protein bars and shakes(not necessary tho if your intake gets completed), Soya chunks (However I am not sure about soya chunks as a lot of myths are going around it)
Eating 10-12 eggs a day has both positive as well as negative effects.... Positive one is that it has protein in it and will help you in completing your protein intake.... However consuming 10-12 eggs a day also increases your cholestrol levels which may lead to several risks(excess of everything is bad)..... Try aiming for 3-4 eggs a day (if possible only egg whites as it has zero cholestrol) .....and eat other protein sources also to complete your protein intake

Certain movements do cause pain Avoid those movements or try to learn to do.them in a proper manner Otherwise there are many ab exercises which will put a tremendous pressure on the abs and not back Try those

Cardio is necessary for your heart health. Try to run at least 30 minutes for at least 2-3 days per week
