    I do cardio 3 days our of 6 .
    Only 100 k burn . 1.5 KM running .

    Sir plz make a full series on testosterone and why is it on the verge of declining, what are the effects of low testosterone, use of plastics, and it's affects on testosterone, Dopamine, testosterone relationship supplementation role of genetics in it, free testosterone etc etc.. Sir today the youth has a testosterone level of a 60-70 year old if im not wrong our ancestors walked with a level more than 1000 and today our levels are just diminishing

    Sir me fat loss kar raha hu to me pehele 1 ya 1:30 hour weight training karta hu fir 30 min cardio kya ye fat loss karega calories burned kare ga. Diet bhi sahi h 😅

      Cardio is necessary for your heart health. Try to run at least 30 minutes for at least 2-3 days per week

    Sir I am trying to reduce my weight as I am very bulky, I have a knee pain, I do take exercises as prescribed by my trainer and also lots of morning walk and cycling at home. Please suggest as repetitive exercises and asans make me bore, what else can I do. I am trying to control portion amlnd nutritional foods. I have started taking water but since I am also having urine leaking so limited.

    i am finding answer for like, whether regular cardio workout like treadmill, cycling will stop showing affects after sometime ? or is it is just a myth.
    Unless any workout stop bringing sweat, should not it considered as effective?

    Sir I am 60 kg individual and I eat about 70g of protein daily and all my protein comes from whole eggs.
    Sir I can't afford whey protein. And I can eat chicken once in a week because of my religious beliefs.
    So my question is,
    ⚫It is safe to consume 10 to 12 whole eggs
    daily.
    •And what are other good sources of protein?

      Tofu,Greek Yogurt, Paneer, Protein bars and shakes(not necessary tho if your intake gets completed), Soya chunks (However I am not sure about soya chunks as a lot of myths are going around it)

      Eating 10-12 eggs a day has both positive as well as negative effects.... Positive one is that it has protein in it and will help you in completing your protein intake.... However consuming 10-12 eggs a day also increases your cholestrol levels which may lead to several risks(excess of everything is bad)..... Try aiming for 3-4 eggs a day (if possible only egg whites as it has zero cholestrol) .....and eat other protein sources also to complete your protein intake

      Certain movements do cause pain
      Avoid those movements or try to learn to do.them in a proper manner
      Otherwise there are many ab exercises which will put a tremendous pressure on the abs and not back
      Try those

      Ur cardiovascular system will be well with strength training also
      But generally 20-30min is more than enough
