      A can of black beans and a can of dark red kidney beans, also a little more spices.

    I always add a couple tablespoons of my favorite BBQ sauce to canned chili. It adds all the right notes; a bit of spice, tangy tomato and vinegar, smokiness, sweetness -- A match made in heaven.

      Yes. And I love some of these ideas. I use canned chili a lot, usually to make an easy, yummy chili-mac. Will be experimenting with these suggestions.

      I think that's another video you're looking for. This is for people interested in ideas for adding stuff to CANNED CHILI. And not being smart-assy. But, there's always a couple who show up and get that little 'boost' for themselves.

    Ethanol boils at 173.1F. SO, Three Hours is completely wrong. Ethanol doesn't "burn" off, it boils off, unless you ignite it!

      The fact is it "boils off" a lot, at first, say halving the amount in a certain amount of time, then halving that, then halving that, point being there is almost always going to be half of the previous amount still there. You can get down to counting molecules, but for people who cannot have alcohol for religious reasons, a small amount still left behind counts.
