Hi, as I've got many requests to testing out PSP after update there you go , I will say it is massive difference !!! Initial D double Fps from 15 to 30 than in original system!

GTA did improve a lot. I tried GTA with the stock ArkOS, it was barely playable.
Wow GTA improved so much even if it's not a steady 30fps. Hopefully it will improve even more with future updates

Hi I haven't changed anything on emulation Station is like after an update default , and working good enough as you see , just changing setting on psp it depends of the games , frameskip and resolution . That's what I like it you don't need to do milion different combinations to have good performance on that chipset

Oi wanted too ask that can we use the new arc os in the r35s and does the r35s and r36s have major difference in spec thx in advance.
Specs are the same and also you are installing by the same way as I've put the link on description , the difference is button layout and the screen protection , some people said the screen have better sharpness and are brighter

Nice review! Is this one better than RG35XX regarding build quality? And is this one safe to buy? I do not know the company behind this device.
Thank you ,build quality isn't so bad, but rg35xx triggers are better for example and the buttons . But the overall performance is for r36s because it is a better chipset, much bigger ram etc..., plus you've got joysticks, which is for me very important. No body knows who's making this device to be fair ,but... I don't mind if is good and cheap 😅

I've tried already , is too demanding games , was crazy choppy
I followed the tutorial and it was perfect but my left analog became inverted in PSP only. The R36S was a lot better but I had to go back to the original rom
Just change this on control options and that's it on ppsspp

Hi Jacek. I just ordered an R36S on your recommendation. However, I received an R35S+ which looks like an R36S and is marked R36S-V12 2308-08-18 on the motherboard under the replaceable battery. Have you come across this R35S+ and is there any difference from the R36S that you are aware of?
It is the same , I've read about this. Some people get this console with this description on the box as r35splus
Hi Jacek. I have noticed that the Kingston Canvas micro SD card 128GB works fine on my R35S but not on my R35S+/R36S. Have you noticed any incompatibility issues with these consoles and if so, what make of micro SD card do you reccommend?
Im still on the fence because um looking for decent n64. Could it run Conkers bad furday with the update? Or goldeneye?
Goldeneye isn't playable , is on my last video . This chipset is not powerfull enough to have perfect n64 games , some are working fine some impossible to play well

Did you already tried to install other emulaters like amiga or atomiswave?
I've got amiga of course 😉 everything working fine . You don't need to install anything just copy kickstarts to bios section and put the games on the amiga folder which you've got already ,Atomiswave is also there, just copy games and that's it
Can you get pinball fantasy or dreams to run? I’m stuck with the ctornols being fixed to the shifts on the amiga.
Is there a link anywhere to the stock image this came with? My memory card corrupted and I can't find where to grab the OS to reflash.

@@jacu27 I've done this but now I'm having a problem where I can't use the second micro SD slot for roms. Just black screen with a flashing white line in the top left. If I use the SD card that came with it it works fine. Have formatted to Fat32 and NTFS and nothing seems to work
@@chanceyolson7863 ypu didn't do what I've said , gonstep by step what is on video please , exfat first thing second you need to swap one file also , do it from beggining again and watch everything
@@jacu27 step by step have done everything exactly as shown. When I switch to SD slot 2 option it says fat, exfat, NTFS not found then kicks me back to the main menu. Have tried multiple cards and nothing is recognized except the rom card that came with the system.

Hi Jacek. What's that menu you are entering at time 24.34 and how do you enable it?
Click the right joystick (R3 button ) , is ppsspp menu on settings you can change everything you need to better performance 😉

Hi Jacek. Do you have any advice on configuring WiFi on R35S or R36S on Arkos V2.0 03112023? I have a compatible TP-Link dongle but can't seem to find any WiFi Settings.
You need just put manually your details on wifi section then will work , but to be fair in my one working straight out of the box

Autoframeskip plus frameskipping x2, resolution x1 and the rest are default

Try to control a fast game with frame dips and video stuttering and even locking up for whole seconds... This device Is not for PSP. It Will run up to PS1.

I've played just those random games which one you've seen on video to be fair ,I'm doing quite a lot of videos and haven't got time to a normal play 😅 want to help people to decide if is worth to buy some of handhelds I will do second video on beggining of next week with more psp games
@@jacu27 i see! thank you for the videos. they are really exactly what i was looking for! if you ever have time to squeeze it in, i'd love to see how Ikaruga plays on it. theres a Dreamcast and Sega Naomi version. one of the greatest games of all time, just not sure if the r36s can handle it

Nah man needs some DIY configs
you need to update this console system , updated console have much better emulator performance , you can find links how to update on description, expample out of the box GTA is unplayable after update is what you see

How did you add the initial d game?
Any games you are adding on the same way , get rom and add to psp folder 📂 and other games to the right emulator which you want

You are never gonna get Roms in any update. an update is a system only

How you add gta?
You need rom , and copy to your games card psp folder
hows the dpad?
This is not a high-quality handheld , the dpad is not the best as anbernic devices have , but it is similar like powkiddy devices -yes you can play as I haven't got a problem but yes if you want really good buy for example anbernic rg35xx h

Where's the battery life location?
The blue led turns red when low power and starts flashing when very low
And when you battery is less than 30 percent the console itself reminding you by voice is funny 😁
Are you using an SD card from the console?
Never always new once and make a brand new system by pc
What class of SD card? Do you have both new cards or just the system card? I'm asking because Need for Speed Hot Pursuit doesn't work well on my console...
@Tytano82 both new cards , doesn't matter which class every new samsung or SanDisk at this time are fat enough
Have you uploaded more games? Because you have more than me? I don't have one, for example Need for speed most wanted..
