I’m having trouble getting gauntlet legends for n64 to work on r36s tried a few different emulator settings and nothing makes it run smooth. Either it’s screen flashing or it just gets incredibly low performance at around 10 fps if I were to guess. Any ideas on what I can do?

what if my sd card has GarlicOs and partitions, should i wipe the partitions and reset the sd card to its orginal state first? will it make its own partition?

Bonjour je ne sais pourquoi mais je n'arrive pas à accéder à tout ces jeux. Seulement 32 jeux rétro et pas simple à jouer ni à comprendre. J'ai sans faire exprès, fait un reset dès le début car je me suis trompée de bouton... Et pareil je n'arrive pas à l'éteindre, juste l'a mettre en veille. Pourriez-vous m'aider s'il vous plaît ? Hi Jacek, I'm wondering if you can find out why Mac users can't read the stock OS card with any suggested method. I've searched for answers everywhere with no success. All I've found is that this is the case for all Mac users. There's a lot of us :) I have no issues with the r36S stock cards.

I mean, if you need a joystick it's technically still possible with this device. I was doing some testing with my RG35XX 2024 and I figured out you can connect controllers to it despite the bottom USB-C port reading "DC". So if you want to yourself here's how to do it: Connect a Direct Input controller to the device. If you can control the menu it will work. Open any game and press the Menu button to enter the RetroArch menu. Now from here you'll notice the controller won't work in the menu. This is because for whatever reason it's setup to force "Anbernic Keys" as the input and it won't automatically configure a new controller. If you disconnect and connect the controller with this menu open you'll see the warning "controller not configured" with an X next to it. However, it will still work. With the controller connected make sure it's selected in "Device Index" under [Settings>>Input>>RetroPad Binds>>Port 1 Controls]. Now hit "Set All Controls", hit all the buttons on your connected controller, and "Save Controller Profile" when finished. Then change back to "Anbernic Keys" under the Device Index and save the controller profile again. Now the handheld's buttons will always be the default controls but you can also use the controller if it's connected since the binds now exist. No need to do any switching in the menu, just connect the controller and it will just work. The Anbernic Keys will always work even if the controller is connected. Must be D-Input. Must have a controller profile already in RetroArch which if it's common controller shouldn't be an issue. SMALL CAVEAT: I'm using an Ultimate 8bitdo controller and for whatever reason the Horizontal Axis (Left and Right directions) on my right Stick just isn't mappable. It works just fine on my PC but I can only use the Right stick for up or down on the handheld. Not a big issue since I just want a controller for 1 analog stick for certain games.

Hands down best budget device, i got it for 34 euro shipped, its just a rg35xx-plus without wifi and bluetooth, wich of both i dont need on a handheld.

Niezła konsola w świetnej cenie. Ja ogólnie zastanawiam czy u mnie w rg35xx h coś się nie zrypało. Gram w gry z psx i gdy chcę wyjść do menu mam z 5 minut czarny ekran, dopiero po tym exit napis. Wcześniej o z gry normalnie. Jakieś pomysły?

This looks like the device that I always wanted. A device that can play all the 4:3 systems, on a screen that is not widescreen. I would prefer 4:3 to 1:1, but it is close enough.

I love my rg556 I take it everywhere with me, I also have a oled steam deck but its so bulky I use it as a dock more. Just wanted to say thank you for this video, my 3ds citra was so horrid before. I saw you have a similar one for the wii, but I have very hard time with the controls for the wii, any suggestion or video that could help me set that up on my rg556?

It's highly recommended by community to try spruce os on it, they claiming that lots of issues fixed there :)
