i love the way you made your gravy. lots of folks don't realize how simple it is to make but you were good at adding some seasoning. it looks yummy you can short cut with microwiave or air fryer biscuits and frozen tenders but it looks really yummy.
What type of sauage did you use? And yes try it with catfish along with lobster to complete the fish exprience.😊
